Welcome to Paradise! Navarre Beach is known as Florida's most relaxing beach and this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Beach Colony Resort can be your slice of Heaven. Enjoy some of the best views on the beach from this gorgeous, East Tower, 5th floor space. Beach Colony offers resort-style amenities and features, including the largest pool on the island, charcoal BBQ grills, tennis courts, a community room and fitness center as well as private beach access. From the spacious, curved balcony you have a great vantage point out to the Navarre Pier, the Gulf's longest, on your East and to the West, amazing Sunsets and it is accessible from both the main living area and the master bedroom.

We only rent to Families, No Groups or Parties Photo identification and a signed rental agreement are required

STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance during these months.

This condo is amazing! Very clean, convenient, well-decorated and well-stocked. I loved the balcony with amazing views to watch the dolphins while I enjoyed my morning coffee. Perfect family weekend trip
We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The unit was clean, well appointed and spacious. It was an easy walk to the beach and pool, and we had no trouble parking. Overall it was a great experience. This condo has everything you need and more. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the condo had lots of extras to make you feel right at home. Condo was great. Just as advertised, very clean with modern upgrades. Had an issue with the patio door but communicated with the owner and it was taken care of in minutes. Great place to stay and we especially loved the extra ice machine that was in the cabinet. This place has everything you need for a great weekend. We will definitely consider staying here again.
