Unbelievable 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1800+ sq. ft., professionally furnished and upgraded 17th floor Gulf front condo! ~ You have to see this one to believe it; the views from this west end unit are simply unbeatable. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit give simply the best gulf front and sunset views available on Navarre Beach.

The interior of this condo leaves nothing behind, master bedroom has double doors that open to great room and affords you the ability to look west and observe the sunset through the picture windows, turn your head to the left and you are viewing direct gulf front. Master bathroom is upgraded with large jacuzzi tub and tile throughout. This unit is completely tiled and boasts an upgraded kitchen, 9 foot ceilings, and crown molding throughout. The 2nd bedroom is beautifully decorated with a queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette including a sink and small refrigerator.. Additionally this 2nd bedroom is a lock out unit for added privacy if desired. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds and its own bathroom.

Complex amenities include a pool, two hot tubs (one is extra large), covered seating and open seating at pool area, and beach walkover. Fabulous condo with spectacular view!
Spacious condo with spectacular view of Gulf and Bay! The condo is in a great location, comfortable, clean, well stocked, has a wonderful pool/spa, and easy beach access. We hope to return next year!

Great condo
We really loved the condo. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the room wasn’t ready when they said it would be and the kitchen really needed to be stocked a little better. Overall it’s a beautiful condo with great furnishings and our family absolutely loved the location!

Beautiful view
The condo is near the top floor and has a fantastic view of the beach, with large windows for unbelievable panoramic views. It was relatively quiet. Nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all. Good restaurants nearby. You may need to purchase extra household items like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper, but stores are nearby. This is a great place for a vacation.

Absolutely beautiful view from the unit overlooking the Gulf.
Spectacular beachfront property. Our first time staying here but already planning a return visit. Condo furnishings were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was large enough for two cooks. Only issue was immediately handled by the maintenance people who were timely and efficient and friendly.

Absolutely perfect!
Everything about this property was amazing! The location could not have been better. We had the beach in our backyard. Oh, and the view from the balcony...breathtaking! We saw tons of marine life while sitting on the balcony each morning. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants as well. We had 8 people in our group and had plenty of room in the condo. We can't wait to go back!

A beautiful location and property!
We had a wonderful family Christmas trip. The location as well as the property was clean, nicely equipped and decorated. The rooms were of all good size. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. The condo was very quiet. The only negative thing I’d say is you will need to bring trash bags, dish soap and toilet paper as these items were very limited and ran out the first day of each. Our family would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view!
We had a great time here on the beach. The view was spectacular! We had everything we needed in the kitchen so there were no issues there. We had very foggy weather for the first couple of days so we did not see much., but the rest of the time we saw turtles, rays, and dolphins in the water on this beach. The waves were very gentle on some days so it was easy to spot the marine life right from our lanai! Great place! Thank you!

The Condo was very spacious while at the same time typical of most we have stayed in.
Clean comfy organized rooms / beds with great ocean views. Our group of 10 had a good time and will return to the Navarre Beach area in the future. The only real disappointment was with the Refrigerator / Freezer. No matter what setting you put them on they did not keep items cold enough or froze. The ice maker barely worked at all. Thank goodness for the ice maker in the 2nd bedroom.

Best view ever!
This condo is awesome! The view is the most spectacular I’ve seen since I was in Maui. I highly recommend this unit. Beds are very comfortable, the beach is the best I’ve seen in North America.

Beautiful views and very nice condo. Beach was clean. Had a great time. Only issue is the queen bed was squeaky and a little uncomfortable. We would definitely go back.

Overall my "First" impression of the property is that it is fantastic
The view was amazing. The property was beautiful. However, there are several small things that add up to being disappointed. 1. Zero security, all of the gates that we had combinations to were never locked. 2. Tried doing two small loads of laundry and had to hand wring the clothes. 3. I understand that we are to supply everything for ourselves, but couldn't you at least have a salt and pepper shaker and some soap for the dishwasher. 4. The T.V. system is a complete piece of junk. 5. It was nice having a really nice ice cube maker, but being in the third bedroom, it made so much noise my son could not sleep in the room. 6.The bed in the master bedroom is the noisiest thing I have ever heard. It squeaks so loud every time you even touch it. (my biggest complaint) 7. for the last six years my family and I have rented a condo on the beach in Florida and this is the first bad review I have written. The outside of the building is poorly maintained and dirty. 8. Because of the poor security, it appeared that there were people using the pool and hot tub that didn't belong there.

Loved it!

OVER THE TOP
There are no words to describe how very pleased we were with this condo. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The condo is so nice you just don't want to leave! The owner, I must say, has impeccable taste! We had an air conditioning issue but it we repaired right away. This is a very elegant, upscale condo. Very roomy. The owner thought of everything! It is very easy to keep this unit neat and tidy the way it is set up. Good thing, I am a neat freak! The floor model ice maker in the 2nd bedroom was awesome to have. This bedroom also has a balcony. We were there for a church conference and everyone who came to see the unit (I had to show it off you know) was quite impressed. I even had the comment made "You get the award for the nicest condo." Folks stayed at many condos around Navarre but none as nice as this one. I am thankful to the owner for such a nice condo and we have stayed at many places from Hawaii to Caribbean to Seattle and none as nice. All of the bed linens, speads, etc. were like new. Again, to the owner, we thank you!

Awesome!
This was one of the most beautiful condos we have ever rented for vacation! When we first walked in and saw the views we were in awe! Very tastefully decorated. My husband and I brought my 93 year old mother to Navarre Beach to attend the wedding of her great granddaughter. My sister and her husband from Oklahoma joined us as did a nephew and his wife and baby. We all loved this condo. My brother and his family were staying at a different location just west of us on the Bay side. They came to our condo to visit and were jealous! My brother wants us to rent this one again next year so he can stay there too. So we are hoping to do that. The pictures that are on the website are exactly what the unit looks like. Beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We realky liked not having to worry about keys to get in the unit. And I just can't say enough about the views....just perfect! The balcony furniture was nice except that 2 of the plastic chairs were broken. We purchased a chair because we needed more seating out there and then just left it for the next renter. We loved everything about this unit!

BEAUTIFUL DREAM HOME!!
Fanta Sea was absolutely Beautiful!! The views were unreal,had views from every room. Had EVERYTHING a home could possibly need and more! I am bringing my mom to Navarre Beach in October and was VERY disappointed when I called while there to book Fanta Sea for October and it was booked. I was so impressed with the beauty of the condo and the views that I could not resist putting pictures on Facebook for friends to see. My family and I are already trying to decide on a time for next year And some of my friends that take a LADIES TRIP are also trying to get our dates together because If it is available, FANTA SEA IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!! Thanks to the owners for sharing your BEAUTIFUL HOME with me and my family!! We were Blessed to have time together AND to spend it in such as Beautiful Home,Beach,and so close to so many places in a Very Short drive to eat some Awesome food. ,Jackson Steak House in Pensacola,McQuires,Dewey Destin,Bubba Gump,The Crab Trap. Louie Louie all in Destin to mention a few places with GREAT FOOD!! Also VERY close to Walmart,Publix,drug stores,anything you need WITHOUT the traffic!! Navarre Beach is THE BEST AREA EVER!!! Thanks again to owners!! Praying for you and ALL that are in the path of Hurricane/Tropical Storm Isaac!! As we left Sunday I told my husband as I looked back at GOD'S BEAUTIFUL CREATION,that we needed to remember those possibly facing losing homes,business places, and most important peoples lives!! Spoiled by Fanta Sea
Fanta Sea was just amazing!!! I thought everything looked nice when we were booking it, BUT when we arrived and saw everything in person...BEAUTIFUL!!!!! From the tile, the cabinets ,the furniture, the floor to ceiling windows!!! I just can not say enough. We experienced no problems while we were there.They supplied adequate towels and washcloths, etc. This was a family vacation including my family, my sister and family and our parents. So, I wanted to be sure this would be a special place because it would probably only happen one time....and it was just perfect!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!! And I must add that even though you are on the 17th floor....the elevators are Not a problem!!!!!! So thank you to the owners!!!! Thank you for sharing:)
