Awesome property!
The property is exactly how it is described. Very short walk/drive to the beach, nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. Very safe location to walk dogs at night/early morning. We will be back!

Wonderful Place and location
Nothing but good things to say, other than the carpet upstairs smelled like pet urine. But you only smell it if you are stretching on the floor. Wonderful place overall.

Love this place!
I kind of don't want to brag on how great this place is because I don't want it to be taken the next time we want it! LOL! But ... Joseph & Jackie are amazing hosts and the house is perfect for a small family! The house is clean and has everything you need whether you want to cook or have a great day at the beach (they have a beach wagon and chairs!). They are a short walk to the beach, perfect location to restaurants/grocery and we would stay forever if we could!!!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was another great experience. Joe and Jackie do a great job making their guest feel welcomed everytime they visit. Property is in a great location and the only thing we could want, is to have more time to stay here.

Very nicely supplied, cute beach vide condo had everything we need for a great stay. Full size kitchen with all the cooking utensils and dishes we needed to avoid eating out altogether. We also took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella for a nice beach experience. Thanks for a great stay

We couldn’t be more happy with this little home by the beach. It was the cleanest place we’ve stayed. The complimentary treats were a great touch too and even for our fur babies! Loved Our Stay!
Property is small but fit our needs perfectly (and was exactly as described). The bed is super comfortable. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. Having our own washer and dryer was AWESOME!!! WIFI was strong enough for both of us to conduct work meetings remotely. The pool area was great…we were the only ones in there the entire 2 weeks. The beach is a simple walk across the boardwalk and beautiful. With an added fee, we were able to bring our kitty with us. We are so grateful the hosts are willing to allow some pets. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this property for others looking for a smaller size rental in Navarre. If we come back to Navarre, we will definitely look to book again!! Thank you!

We were very impressed with the owners property. It was just like the ad. There were a lot of extra little touches added that made a difference for us. We felt very safe in this area, lots of walking options and the beach was lovely. We would certainly come back again! Highly recommend this place.

Cute, vacation rental.
Condo was clean, except for the floor. Our feet got black. Close to beach, convenient to Pensacola and Destin. Owner replied quickly to a question we had. Appreciated the many amenities including snacks, bottled water, beach decor, beach chairs & towels and even a wagon to haul it all to the beach! Washer & dryer included. A lot of steps for older folks. Overall- a small, but good condo.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful one bedroom townhouse. Everything was impeccably furnished and spotlessly clean. Joe and Jackie were exceedingly responsive. I asked a question and Joe responded immediately. Great pots and pans and dishware. Plenty of nice silverware and cooking utensils. The WiFi connected effortlessly and the TV had extensive choices of channels to watch. The Apple TV worked very well. The bathroom was well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, etc. The shower had lots of shelving to place soap, etc. Jackie supplied the unit with all sorts of goodies and even K-Cups for the Keurig. In the lower level, the full size W/D was a plus. The beach wagon and beach umbrella was a great addition. What can I say? This is a next to perfect getaway. Perfect place and location
The unit was very clean and equipped with the essentials. 100 percent recommend staying here. The location is great. Just a few minute walk to public beach access boardwalk with a view of the bay and a pool. Couldn't ask for more. Loved it!!
