**Beautiful Beach Getaway** 2 Bedroom /2.5 Bathroom Gulf Side Townhouse

Come enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Navarre.

Our two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse has all the comforts of home at the beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. You can also grill your meal on the grill located out back in your private patio area. We are a gulf front complex and a very short walk over our walkway to our complexes private beach area. Right out front is the newly built (2018) pool for you to enjoy. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella and some rafts and toys for your family to use during your stay. All linens are provided for you.

Downstairs is an open floor plan dining and living room with kitchen and half bath. Upstairs is two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, and WIFI throughout the unit. Each bedroom and living room has their own television (living room has a smart tv). Two convenient private parking spots just steps from your front door.

Our complex is a very short walk to the pier, restaurants, and entertainment. If you enjoy fishing or just taking in the sights, you will enjoy Navarre's pier (longest fishing pier on the gulf).

Excellent location on beautiful Navarre beach. This unit has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Appreciate the umbrella and beach chairs. Well stocked kitchen to cook in, nice patio with grill too. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was very clean, and had everything you could possibly need already there. The property manager was also very responsive. We have stayed at similar places over the past few years, and this was the best we have stayed at.

I could not have hoped for anything better! This was our first trip to Florida and it was nothing short of amazing!! The place was neat and tidy. The neighborhood was perfect for families. Amazing host!
While the condo was excellent, I cannot rave enough about our host. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she saved the day. I was so thankful. The condo was clean. Easy to follow instructions, had everything needed, super convenient ground access, and soooo close to the beach. We had an amazing trip and really enjoyed the condo.

Excellent location with the walk to the beach. I was so happy with the patio area and the spray off areas! One complaint is that the condo was not as well stocked as I was used to. No extra toilet paper or paper towels, no sippy cups. I would also recommend getting rid of the shag rug in the living room....carpet at a beach doesn't make much sense but shag is especially not great since there's no way to make it clean. Overall I really did enjoy staying here!

This place was so amazing! The owners are absolutely GREAT! The pictures do not do this place justice! FULLY stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms all are fully stocked. It was like walking into my own home. There is everything you need. We did not cook but it had all that you need. Seasoning, pots, pans, utensils and dishes. The rooms had fans if you need them. Baby gates and even a potable high chair! They had beach chairs and umbrella but again we didn’t get to use them because I am recovering from hip surgery and could not go out on the beach.

The property was very nice and very close to the beach. It was very clean. The parking pass was missing so I had to reach out and get that. The neighbors were a little strict. We were at the beach at 9:00 pm and the quiet hours start at 11:00 pm. At 9:30, the neighbors called a sound complaint and the police. Obviously, the police didn't do anything because it wasn't quiet hours. Overall very nice property but a very stressful neighborhood. Constantly felt like the neighbors were watching us to get us in trouble because we were young and on spring break.

We came for a short weekend. Place was right by the beach, beach was clean and uncrowded. 2 chairs at condo helped a bunch as well as sand toys. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Cannot wait to come again!
