Wonderful Condo
My husband and I stayed in this unit for 3 weeks. It is very spacious and clean. The views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Access to the beach was easy. Everyone in the complex was very friendly. We wished we could stay longer. I definitely will look to book the same unit for next year!

The condo was beyond well stocked! If I had wanted to cook while there, I'd had every kitchen utensil and cookware I needed to do so. The condo was big, beautiful and CLEAN! Just the way I like them. Huge balcony that overlooked the beach and ocean where we saw dolphins swimming every day. Just beautiful

This property had a heavy mold order and the manager had to assign us to another condo. The manager did not know about the order until he re-coded the locks for us. The manager did the best he could with what he had. The property owner should take better care of his condo if he wants to lease it to the public,

Just wish we had known….
I was told the construction was listed on Vrbo but the whole family looked at it when we booked and none of us saw it so I don’t believe it was there at that time. If we had known about the construction and not being able to enjoy the balcony for the first 2 days we would have booked somewhere else. But with that said- a bad day at the beach is better than a great day at work! The condo was amazing. Managing staff (Simca) was perfect. The weather was great. A great time was had by all! We would return knowing construction was complete 😉

Enjoyed the property. They had a planned water outage of which we weren’t advised. Had there been a medical issue and the water was used for a prolonged period of time it would have been very bad. They should advised guests.Our room was not ready upon arrival.

We booked this property at the last minute and could not have been happier. Simca was awesome when handling our last minute reservation. She was super helpful with suggestions for local restaurants and breweries. Beautiful views, facility was spotless and perfect for a restful beach vacation. Nice condo had to rate it a 4 star though
Everything was great except couldn’t get the tv’s in both bedrooms to work had no remotes we got on e of the tv’s to work had loose connection had to use buttons on tv to work it☹️ The other tv could not get it to work contacted management they tried said they come back with part to fix but never did. Didn’t understand how this happened unit was used before before we got there.
