Welcome to Sundunes 134. This is a beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom property located right on the Gulf of Mexico. This corner two-bedroom condo features direct gulf-front views, allowing you to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and sneak a peek of the dolphins at play. There is plenty of space with the dining table and bar stools - everyone will have a seat as you find yourself in a kitchen equipped with everything you will need to create a special meal. Sundunes is a beachfront complex, nestled along the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Navarre Beach, Florida. This nine-story community offers 2 and 3-bedroom rentals with extraordinary views of the Gulf skyline, quiet and pristine white beaches, a beachfront swimming pool, barbecue grills, and more. Enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle and over-crowded beaches but only a short drive to countless attractions, restaurants, and shops in Navarre or nearby Pensacola Beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for an additional fee, during the months of March through October, so be sure to get down to the shore early and claim your prime beach spot. AREA ATTRACTIONS:

Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level. Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Relaxing - Peaceful - No crowded beaches
This property was perfect from start to finish! Its on the 3rd floor, when you walk in the door it has a perfect little place to take off your shoes and beach attire for the day so you don't worry about dragging any dirt in the condo. The furnishings were cozy and comfy from the couch, recliner, kitchen table and beds. The kitchen appliances worked as they should, washer and dryer was perfect for just me and my husband. The view was absolutely gorgeous! We got to see the sunsets. Every mid morning and late evening we would see the dolphins from the balcony put on a show. The condo does come with a hair dryer in each bathroom. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this condo, it is one vacation that we did not want to leave, the condo was so inviting from the start. If we do come back to Florida, this is definitely one that I will try to stay again.Thank you to the homeowners for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your home for the week, God bless you and your family. A mixed bag
Beach is beautiful, not too crowded, and access couldn’t be any more convenient. The onsite pool wasn’t crowded and is to the East of the building so it was shaded from the afternoon sun and remained cool and refreshing all day. On the flip side, the beds are advertised as queen size but are, in fact doubles and the one in the guest bedroom has seen better days. The kitchen was icky - dirty plates and knives, and baking sheets and “George foreman” grill with food residue. And the old oversized Jetted tub in the master was kinda gross.

Condo was fine, but lack of pool was not communicated
he actual condo was fine, it's a little tight. The kitchen setup is a bit odd where you can't open some drawers/cabinets because of the refrigerator. The shower stall in the smaller bathroom was difficult to use. My children used it and had difficulty because the water wouldn't hit them in the place they could stand. When we book a place to stay for vacation, we on purpose book places with a pool since we have children that need a break from the beach. When we arrived there was a sign on the pool that it was closed and would open Monday, no problem. Then the pool never opened and people managing the property were no help. They told us they would look into it and get back to us and then we wouldn't hear anything. Then they just stopped responding. I would not have booked this condo if I had known the pool would be unusable.

The condo is nicely decorated, clean, beds are comfy, balcony has plenty of seating, and loved that there was broom, mop, and a vacuum cleaner to clean up sand. I know it's on the beach and you are going to bring sand in but I can't stand for the sand to be on my feet when I'm inside the condo trying to relax.

Nice condo.
Condo was clean and nice. Only issue was we didnot have internet the whole time. The weekend staff Wendy came and tried to get the internet up, She could not get the internet on her phone either. She sent a mifi out that never worked. Also my 5foot 2 bride said the bed was too high.

Nice location but not clean
We loved the location, but the condo was not well cleaned and needs some tlc. the mirrors, floor, dishes, and even walls were dirty/very poorly cleaned upon arrival. The lock on the sliding door on the living room side to the balcony was broken. One of the door handles on the master bedroom door was broke and laying on the kitchen counter with some screws but they did have a second lock on the other side of the door you could lock from inside of the bedroom. We pulled the lint filter on the dryer and it was beyond full, it had not been checked or emptied in quite a long time. We were given a single trash bag for the kitchen trash which isn’t a huge deal but it is annoying to buy trash bags along with a few other household supplies when you’re traveling and not staying long term, but I will say I think that may have been stated in the description. Other than that we enjoyed the location of the condo very much.

Loved having close beach access and a pool! Condo was great and not cluttered with knick knacks like some we have stayed at in the past. Weather was absolutely perfect our entire 10 day stay. We love Navarre Beach and will be staying here again next time!

Property of course is somewhat dated. Kitchen layout was difficult due to oversized fridge causing cabinet access difficulties. But then that made the fridge super nice. Not alot of storage for brought non-refrigerated food items. Elevator is right next to unit and available fairly quickly. As stated in another review the master bed has issues with the boxspring unit supports coming out of the side frame. Hopefully owner will address that issue soon. Otherwise an enjoyable stay and the beach was awesome with easy access and not too busy as it is adjacent to a public beach access.

Great for a weekend trip
We stayed here for a long weekend trip and had a blast. The location is excellent, the beach not as crowded because of the distance from all the hotels. The property management company was extremely helpful and quick to respond the couple times we needed them. Would have preferred a more thorough cleaning, the floors felt like they had some sort of residue on them and the bathroom in the master looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Overall we had a great time and would return again.

Just what I needed 🤙
Definitely got my money's worth out of this one. The condo was right on the beach with a killer view. The elevator made getting to the room easy, and there was always parking avaliable. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the interior was nice with comfy furniture. Location was great, close to town but not too close. My only complaint is the TV was small and it wasn't a smart TV as advertised, although the TV in the bedroom was a smart TV but it was also a 24 inch television... But we didn't go on vacation to watch television. 🙂

This is in a great location with a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. It’s perfect for a family friendly beach vacation. The property is also great with easy check in and out. 10/10 recommend booking here.
