This luxury 2nd floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 Queen in the primary ensuite, 1 Queen & 1 Full in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.
Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

Perfect for a family getaway!
Clean, bright & cheery, beautiful view of the Gulf-- we loved our stay at this unit. The 2nd floor was perfect for us-- not a hassle at all, plus so close to the pool & beach. The kitchen was a dream-- full of everything we needed and more. We will definitely return!

Linda K. Was an exceptional manager she was Always kind and helpful when we needed questions answered. We were on a hurricane watch for a few days, we weren’t sure which direction Helene would turn. Linda kept us feeling confident that she was taking care of us and would inform us is in time if we needed to relocate.. We will return!

Relaxing Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I enjoyed our beach trip. We have been renting from Linda for several years now. She has always been very helpful and always very nice to work with. I only have 2 issues during our stay. 1: There was a full size truck parked next to us and we had a vey hard time parking. It got to the point where we could not park our vehicle in the parking place assigned to us. I contacted Linda and she had a solution for us that worked.2: One thing I did not like about condo was that in the master bedroom, the walk-in closet had a padlock on it. The owner left a standup cart to hang our close on. Something that you would find in a inexpensive hotel room. I told Linda about it and she will let the owner know. But we made it work. Other than that this is a very nice condo.

A wonderful condo on a quiet beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were the first ones to be offered this rental unit. The condo was in excellent condition. Amenities were all wonderful. And just a 2 minute stroll to the pristine white sand. The condo came with 2 complimentary beach chair rentals. Kids loved the ocean, and we even built a giant sea turtle in the sand. The owner left us a welcome gift, too: a 2014 bottle of wine! Much appreciated! Will be back, for sure!
