"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. "The towels are always an issue here, sometimes they room is well stocked, sometimes it isn't, so after staying there 4 times, I think they lack consistency. Staff is friendly and the property is beautiful."

"The history of this beautiful property is honored and maintained while also being modern and comfortable. The bed and linens were so cozy and our room was historic with the most refreshing modern rain shower. Breakfast was varied and delicious.
