Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. Great layout especially for our group because of the need for bedrooms to be separate.Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils but lacked kitchen dish towels or a dish washcloth but improvised with a bath towel and washcloth… Beds were very comfortable and the extra pillows on each bed was wonderful!!"

"We had an amazing stay in Williamsburg! The unit was perfect! Spacious, clean, and well appointed. The beds were especially comfortable. But the service is what really made our stay. Check in was a breeze even though we didn’t arrive until 8:30. My daughter and her friend were starving after the 5 hr trek and the girl at the front desk gave us a great local recommendation. The next morning my daughter and her friend used the hairdryers in the same room at the same time and blew the fuse....

"Overall stay was good! Communication with property owner was good. Easy fast check in. The condo was a little dirty, shower tub in master dirty, stained, and some soap scum buildup. Didn’t provide enough towels or washcloths for number of people or nights. Never found any extra blankets or pillows. "Unit has a pullout bed but not enough bedding for it, not enough towels if you do have more than 2 ppl. Very disappointed in the activities. More than once the “closed” early. My 11 year old missed a lot because we would go to the event that was from 2-4 and at 315 the ride balloon lady said she was done and had to leave. "The apartments are spacious and well equipped. They come with laundry detergent for the in-suite washer and dryer, dish tabs and soap, The pull-out bed had a pillowtop and padded cover. The 2 rooms each had king size beds but they are your standard quality and not what we considered comfortable. The walk-in master shower was large and they supply soaps and washes attached to the shower walls that were appreciated. The toilets acted up on occasion and the hot water had a mind of its own. "The property has the amenities that you could want. All the pools are heated, the gym has all that you need as well. The arcade has plenty of games. The only suggestion that I have is to add more pots and pans."

We all had plenty of privacy and space and the apartment was super well stocked with everything that we could want or need. Location was easy to get around and the place was super clean.
