The river offers opportunities for boating, fishing, and birdwatching, particularly for eagles, making it a paradise for nature enthusiasts. This cozy home features all-new bedroom furniture and an upgraded bathroom, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy sightings of canvasback ducks, geese, and pelicans while surrounded by a park with picnic tables, just off Highway 96 and only 3 miles from Nauvoo.

The 1,000 square foot, one-level layout includes a bedroom with a new king-size bed and furniture, offering comfort and relaxation. The living/dining room boasts picturesque views of the river, while the remodeled kitchen and bathroom feature tile and granite vanity (no bathtub). Please note that there is no washer or dryer on-site, but a laundry mat is conveniently located in downtown Nauvoo.

Nestled in a peaceful upscale neighborhood, getting around by car is convenient, with ample parking available in Nauvoo. The driveway may be steep at the beginning but levels off at the circle drive. Please approach the entrance from the north and exit in the same direction for safety.
