"We loved this place so much, we didnt want to leave. It is such a beautiful location, with its own jetty for swimming and canoeing. The apartment is very comfortable, and well maintained. "Great area to reside in. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Three blocks to major shopping street and public transportation on Kurfürstendamm. Comfortable apartment. The only real criticism we had is lack of an elevator. It’s on the third floor. When you come home tired from walking all over Berlin, you have to trudge up two flights of stairs."

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "
