"Chef, reception staff and owner went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Generous size ensuite room with fabulous outlook and balcony. Warm and cosy and totally appropriate to prepare for and then recover from the Tongariro crossing (hot tub) and to explore Ruapehu. We'll be back for a week next time. "

"Spacious comfortable two level property with views from the top floor lounge and kitchen/diner. Well equipped and in good condition. Good Wi-Fi, comfy bed. Good washing facilities. Very quiet - never heard anything from the next property which was attached. 15 minute drive from the Whakapapa Visitor Centre. Great homely and reasonable restaurant 10 mins walk away. Highly recommended"

"The house was great, we stayed so my husband and brother in law could do the Tongariro Crossing. We all stayed including the kids and there was plenty of room and had everything we needed. John was great allowing a super late checkout for us also. The housr was clean and tidy. Perfect property for our stay and family numbers. Would highly recommend this property "
