A nice place if it's not hot and humid.
Nice, quiet lakefront property. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions.Unfortunately our stay was during the hottest and most humid June we have had in many, many years. Not having even a window air conditioner was a big problem. House temps were 80 to 92 even with fans.

Didnt know it had well water. Didn't have the best of weather, the day it was nice. They sprayed the lake. But we had a great time. Cabin was nice.

Quaint Cottage on a Lake
Beautiful cabin on a beautiful lake..it was so peaceful and quite, just what I was looking for.. Great neighbors... Such a great stay.. I will be booking the Little Green Cabin again in the near future!!! So comfy and cozy!!

The cabin is impressive and exactly like the pictures! We loved the decor and the sun room. The cabin is well stocked with items. Also, the neighbor's are very nice. We had no problems during our stay.

Great Place
Overall a wonderful experience. Cabin was very clean even though it was pet friendly. Probably the most well-stocked Vrbo we have stayed at in regards to linens and toiletries. Could use a few more cooking utensils and pots and pans but overall a wonderful place at a beautiful location.

Awesome vacation weekend
We had a great time staying in the little green cabin. We made friends with the neighbors and the dogs were all very friendly and playful 😁 Can't wait to do it again next year hopefully.😄😁 P.s. Sorry I didn't know where to to the trash so I put them in the shed so the animals can't get it.

Very nice
Cabin was clean, cute, and cozy. Well furnished with everything you could need. As a single woman staying alone, I felt safe and relaxed. A beautiful view of the lake with wonderful sunsets.

This is our third visit to the little green cabin. We find it very relaxing and it is close to the state park with the dog beach that our two labs cannot get enough of.

Relaxation & Fall Color
This was our 2nd stay this year at the Little Green Cabin. Although much colder from our 100 degree summer stay, we hit some stops along the Scenic byway each day to take in the Fall color...Spectacular! We made most of our meals at the cabin this time and found the kitchen to be well equipped. We appreciate David's quick responses and hospitality!

Peaceful stay
David’s cabin is peaceful, comfortable and has everything you might need. The lake was quiet and there was no traffic noise so you can hear the wind rustling the trees. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. My dog was welcome and enjoyed herself also.

Lovely cabin on a nice small lake. Communication was easy, space was well-represented in the listing, and we enjoyed our stay. There were a handful of things, however, that were broken/not easy to use that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

A Restful Retreat
We had a relaxing few days with our 2 dogs at the Little Green Cabin. We grilled and enjoyed our meals on the sunporch as well as the tables outside, took walks, lounged outside reading and watching the boats and skiers on the lake, and enjoyed the sunsets. The cabin is within 20 minutes of Tawas Point State Park where we spent time at the dog beach each day followed by a stop at Marion's Dairy Bar- highly recommended by us and the pups alike! We found the cabin to be well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Dave was an excellent host-very responsive and accommodating when we asked about getting the window air conditioners installed with one day being near 100 degrees! Thank you for sharing your Little Green Cabin with us!

Great Stay
My husband and I had a wonderful time at the little green cabin. The view of the lake from the sun porch was stunning and we enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder. David is a wonderful host and provided everything we could possibly need. There were even some dog toys for our two dogs. We look forward to visiting again. Thanks David.

My family and I stayed in August , had a wonderful time, the cabin is clean and cozy, everything you need is there, nice swimming area, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating, this was the 3rd time we have rented this cabin. Dave is wonderful and responds very quickly if you have a question. We will be back next year. I highly recommend this cabin.

The cabin and lake were perfect for us. We had a couple severe thunderstorms roll through during our stay but we didn't lose power, which was nice. Enjoyed playing Yahtzee (game provided by host). I recommend this rental!
