"I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

"First what I liked. The room was spacious (in fact two bedrooms) with a balcony overlooking the ocean that wraps around the unit. Natal is even grittier and older and insecure than I expected. It is a jumping off point for amazing beaches and towns to the north and south, however.

Natal was fine. Manary Praia Hotel is excellent but the lodging is overpriced. Great to see the work that UFRN is doing to raise knowledge and socio-economic conditions for the people in Natal

It is not as dangerous as I thought. There are a lot of police and security guards. I did not travel into the city though.
