Great staff, bizarre hotel!
One block up from the beach is the Nautilus. It's best described as "quirky" - the hotel is designed like a boat, with fishing nets and random nautical themed items. I felt safe, even though we were told a left out of the hotel was "danger" and a right out of the hotel was "safe, downtown." There is only bar soap, and older bathrooms, so maybe bring shower shoes and your own shampoo and conditioner. My wife and I got a basic room, paid ~$200 USD, but the room had four twin beds in it - could have fit a family! The staff was wonderful, and the little cafe attached to the hotel has surprisingly great shakes and food.

Cheguei pela noite, apos um atraso de voo. Fui muito mal recepcionado, ficou mais caro que o combinado pelo site. Sem café da manha, quarto com muito mofo. Difícil encontrar o Hotel, mais de meia hora para encontrar a tapera e ninguém atendia o telefone. Fiquei só até pela manhã e fui para outro hotel, nas imediações, mais barato, melhor e com café da manhã!

Natal é muito linda, e a vista da cobertura também , contudo, levei um "choque" quando a funcionária foi me levar ao quarto, porque ela me disse :"esse quarto é melhor que o que vc reservou", tinha sacada, pia, uma bancada, uma vista linda para o mar .que fica bem próximo do hotel ...Só que a porta que dava pra sacada não tinha fechadura, somente um trinquinho, a janela enorme que tem vista para o mar , quando fui abrir saiu o parafuso em minha mão ...acredito que em Natal também tem violência, como após feita a reserva não já devolução do dinheiro, disse pra recepcionista que preferia perder meu dinheiro da reserva a ficar naquele quarto que não me sentia segura. Ela prontamente me ofereceu outro na categoria que eu tinha reservado . O hotel não oferece alimentos , mas na entrada tem uma lanchonete onde pôde-se tomar café da manhã, almoçar e jantar, o que facilita pra quem não quiser sair.

ビーチには近い。素泊まりでいいなら問題なしだが、、
W杯のときに宿泊しました。 素泊まりなら問題なさそうですが、このかかくでこの環境だと日本人からするとちょっと高い印象です。安ホテルのようで決して綺麗ではありません。ビーチには近い。ただ、周りにはもっと高級なホテルがあるため、そこと比べると何段階も下です。スタッフは親切ですのでどこでも泊まれる人なら十分かと思います。それにしてもブラジルは本当にいい国だった

Quarto bem grande, do geito que eu gosto.
Funcionários atenciosos, serviço de quarto bom e cama bem confortável, a única coisa que achei errada foi não ter café da manhã, pois quando contratei o serviço achei que era com o café.

Depois de ler as avaliacoes do hotel, tentei cancelar minha reserva ha pelo menos uns 15dias antes da viagem; mas tive a impressao q o hotel age de ma Fe; pq no hoteis.com tem uma clausula pequena em ingles q nao atentei q diz da impossibilidade de cancelar, cobram multa de 100% em caso de cancelamento. Entao la fui eu..., hotel muito simples, se for soh para dormir serve, mas o q eh prometido na reserva nao existe, no caso de cafe da manha, tem uma lanchonete conjugada ao hotel e la vc pode comprar o cafe, o lugar eh bacana mas pequeno e mt quente, alem de ter soh a proprietaria e uma cozinheira no atendimento q faz o tempo la ficar maior. Quartos mesmo da parte conjugada onde fiquei tem um aspecto bem antigo. Roupa de cama eh trocada ha cada tres dias. Toalhas trocam ha cada dois dias, e se trocar todo dia cobram. Tem uma cortina plastica no banheiro que da jma sensacao mt ruim.
