The property from the outside isn't as nice as it looks on the photos. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, who seem to be "waiting" to be destroyed for a new development. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned. Luckily the great staff noticed our worry about being sent there, and gave us a free upgrade. They say you can walk to the shopping mall, but that is not the case. It is not a very safe place to walk around, especially if you are a woman. Including the reception mentioned to us that it would be best if we took a taxi/uber. Good breakfast, clean but tired rooms.

Hotel bom, limpo, na primeira vez fiquei num quarto menor e não gostei, mas precisei me hospedar novamente e dessa vez paguei um quarto mais caro e valeu a pena. Funcionários sempre solícitos e prestativos, garagem sempre disponível das vezes que fui, mas pequena, a única coisa q deixa a desejar na minha opinião, é o café, que não tem tanta variedade. Localização ótima, local aparentemente seguro e na rua do shopping midway

O hotel atende as necessidades básicas, para quem encontra-se de passagem por Natal, que foi o nosso caso. É bem localizado, próximo a shopping e restaurantes.Os funcionários são prestativos. O quarto nos atendeu bem, ponto negativo para o banheiro, o box é extremamente pequeno.
