Beautiful townhouse overlooking the ocean in safe private community .

Beautifully decorated, with a modern chic style this is a spacious townhouse with stunning sunset views and overlooking the turquoise, crystalline waters that have made the Bahamas a famous vacation spot. The townhouse is located in a very safe gated community and it is within waking distance to several restaurants. The community have two pools and there is a sandy beach less than 5 min away by walk. The house has a full kitchen well equipped with stainless steel appliances, utensils and granite countertops. There are two markets about two miles away accessible through the local bus service or by taxi. The BahaMar hotel complex with a casino and multiple variety restaurants is also about 1 1/2 miles away. The three bedrooms will confortably accommodate a family of 6. The first bedroom is a master with a queen bed an ample closet and a balcony. The second bedroom has two tween beds and a closet and the last bedroom has a queen bed with a closet and a window to the ocean. All bedrooms have a bathroom attached. For convenience the townhouse is also equipped with a washer and dryer. We have three beach chairs and towels that you can bring to the beach and the pools, just please remember to bring them back to the house with you.

Wonderful Stay

My four friends and I stayed for a week and loved it! We wanted a gated community and privacy and that’s exactly what we got. The host, Barbara, responded to all my messages quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Our private chef, Perry Sweeting with Simply Dine, created the most perfect meals and was pleased with the kitchen and tableware, etc. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. All bedrooms had ceiling fans, which was a nice touch too. We’ll definitely return. Thank you,Barbara, for taking care of us. You are a 5 star host!!!

Returned for another Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this property and we had a great stay again. The location is perfect and we the property manager Barbara is super responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Family Time Well Spent!

The property grounds were clean, well manicured, and totally private. The location is fairly quiet with light foot traffic. The gate guards were friendly every single time we came across them. The unit was exactly as advertised with amazing ocean views and was nice and spacious. The property manager was friendly, hospitable, responsive, helpful...I could go on and on. She was quite simply a GREAT hostess. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. We will definitely be returing to this location in the future!

Love the Location!!

This property is a real gem. Ideally located for travel around Nassau, super safe, and the location can't be beat. I loved the ocean sounds as the waves crashed over the rocks. The location is a quick trip to downtown or to some beautiful, almost private beaches. Great food within walking distance and everything you need is minutes away. Car rental highly recommended!!

Perfect vacation

We love Delaporte Point. It is our third visit but first in this townhouse. Il was as advertised, lots of space, very clean , quiet and safe. Barbara, the manager was very responsible. I recommend with 5 stars.

Perfect!

Rebecca's home was lovely and perfect for our vacation. Great location with an amazing view! I had the master suite and the bed was so comfy. The condo has security and everyone we encountered was incredibly pleasant. Barbara was especially fabulous as she was my St. Anthony, twice finding lost things for me. One time involved a return trip to the airport! The condo had anything and everything you would need. Check in was easy and again Barbara was there for any questions you may have. We walked to several great restaurants and the Jittney was all you need to get around. We rented a car but could have done without. I would love to visit again and highly recommend Rebecca's wonderful home.

Great snorkel spot

We primarily wanted a snorkel location so we didn’t need to take tour boat. This gated community’s built on top of a reef. We had a great time seeing lots of fish very close up. Clear water until a couple days after hurricane brought higher waves. This brought mats of seaweed the day we left. Pools, beach and seagrass areas available too. Went to another beach one day. I would skip that next time. You are legally allowed to walk any beach, but guard asked if we were guest at the resort. We said no, so he just said we had to stay nearer the water. Idiots trying to “sell” watercraft rides were blasting them back and forth inches from the swimming bouys and your head a day. We suggest you take out a high color float anywhere you snorkle at Delaporte Point because PWC go right between reef rock since no bouys. Also views of sunset from patio and sunrise at pool on this peninsula. Everything you need is at the condo, but some things could be upgraded,/fixed/replaced like the patio furniture is frayed, can opener, master mattress a bit past prime This is not a luxury accommodation but it is clean, has washer/dryer, good hot water, soft linens and water views/reef made it worth a lot. Walk next door to very good restaurants.

Can't wait to come back!

A perfect week at this beautiful home with stunning water views and plenty of space. Close to everything we needed including great restaurants and ice cream. The on-site property manager, Barbara, was fantastic. Super responsive and just all around lovely. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property

The condo was just as listed. Barbara was a good host. Pretty easy to get ahold of. Centrally located to town and the nightlife. Pools were amazing. Security made us feel safe and the gate keepers were friendly and welcoming. A well appointed villa with an amazing view

Great location!

Condo was great especially the back view of the ocean. Location was in walking distance to great restaurants and so close to a great beach. Owner and manager very helpful.

Great Stay with Babies

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation here with 2 babies under 1. Barbara was really responsive in the lead up to and during our stay. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect spot away from all the noise of a hotel. Great beach, 2 pools on the water!

Would definitely rent again. Had just enough to walk to, coffee shop, ice cream and 2 good restaurants.

Amazing location and view

We had a great time staying at Rebeca's property. She was very responsive and Barbara the caretaker was always prompt with responses and help. The location is fantastic and what a view! There is a beautiful beach about a 2 min walk as well as restaurants and stores nearby. We will definitely be booking here again. Best

This home was like a home away from home for my family. We had such a great time we decided to stay.

The process renting this home was easy. We had A LOT of questions because we were traveling with a toddler and teenagers and the owner and local home manager was great at addressing all of our questions. Once there we had such a great time we decided to stay. This was my 3rd trip to the Bahamas and I would stay here again anytime. Our stay was delightful.

Absolutely fantastic!

Just perfect!

We really enjoyed our week long stay and we couldn't have asked for a better location, more beautiful view, and unit! It was perfect for our family of 4 and well stocked with everything needed. Our kids, although older, spent hours on the patio making friends with the hermit crabs and exploring the tide pools. The wind kept us from snorkeling at this location but the waves crashing on shore were stunning and we found plenty of things to do by hoping on the jitneys. I must not forget to sing the praises of the lovely caretaker, Barbara. She is a true gem! She went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you for making our stay just that much better!

Fabulous Place for a Family Vacation

This property was exactly as presented on the website! Actually, it was better than the photos! A great size for a family of five adults, it was stocked with everything we needed and extremely comfortable. Views are gorgeous, especially at sunset! The beach within walking distance was as nice as any we drove to. The grocery store is nearby and we walked to the Twisted Lime several times for happy hour. Chicken wings from there were enjoyed during the Super Bowl. Barbara was a gracious and attentive host. I highly recommend the property!

Perfect getaway

Stayed here in August and had a perfect time. The house was clean and well equiped. The view is wonderful. Great location. Beach and restaurants in walking distance.
