WoodHaven has 100mbps fibre optic wifi.
4 bedroom, 3 bath home, the game room in the walk out basement has a pool table . A closet full of board games, puzzles, cards and other games is located on the 2nd floor. The deck off the main living space is like sitting in a tree house, there is a gas grill and table and chairs. The master bedroom has king bed and an en suite bathroom. The other main floor bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath with shower. Upstairs is a bedroom with queen bed, jack and jill bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins beds. There is even an extra shower in basement if the other showers are busy. Washer and dryer are in basement. WoodHaven is close to Brown County State Park, less than a mile to eXplore Brown County with zip lines, Story Inn Restaurants, Nashville shopping and eateries. 30 minutes to Edinburgh outlet mall.
DRIVEWAY:
The house is perched on a hill in the woods. The first thing you will notice as you begin to turn onto the driveway is that it is steep and curves up the hill. If your vehicle has 4WD we recommend you utilize it. If you do not have 4WDwe recommend you shift into low gear(L) if your car has that option. This will provide the smoothest ascent up the drive. Please keep your speed up ALL THE WAY through the curve to provide sufficient momentum to smoothly ascend the drive.. The climb will be worth it. Once you reach the Cottage at the top of the hill there is plenty of space for parking.
ATTENTION BICYCLERS:
We are designate "Mountain Bike Friendly" by the Brown County Tourism Bureau.
We have a walk out basement that makes it easy to bring your bikes inside. We are close to several biking areas (see links listed on this site).

WINTER TRAVELERS PLEASE NOTE:
Our property sits on a hill so it does have a steep driveway. Therefore, there is a risk that it could become impassable if we get snow or ice. We do live next door and will make every effort to keep the drive clear. If you do choose to book at Woodhaven and the weather does interfere we will offer a full refund or allow you to book at another time.

Very cozy and well kept property. Nice secluded get away that is close to downtown Nashville. The owners were very helpful with any questions that we had regarding our arrival. We plan on visiting again in the future!

Great stay
The property is really great. We really enjoyed it and the local brown county state park mountain bike trails. The drive way is a bit steep and I recommend awd or 4wd to get up the driveway.

A Magical woodland cabin for memory-making! Our family of 7 came together to celebrate Christmas. The sweet details of a Christmas tree and cheerful decorations made it a welcoming experience! The rooms were clean, bright, decorated and comfortable. I slept so well knowing my family was safe. The game room downstairs was perfect for family fun, even with an indoor "snowball fight". It was too cold to enjoy the firepit and hot tub this time but that is on our to-do list for next visit. Definitely a place to stay, relax, spend time with family and friends, and feel like you're in a woodland fantasy.

Great Weekend Getaway
This is the third time we have stayed at this property for our family Cabin Weekend. The property is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is on a hilltop surrounded by trees. We enjoy the beauty and quiet of nature. It is great for us and our adult children.

Wonderful place to stay for a family getaway!
Charm, space, cozy rooms, this place had everything. Talk about well stocked ! Books, games galore, pokers for the fire, even bug spray or sunblock if you forgot to pack your own! My family had a wonderful time here. It’s only a short drive from the State park and little Nashville.

Four Generations Girls Trip
Our party consisted of four generations of girls/women in our family from ages 1-77. The accommodations were perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. The house was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were kind and friendly. I highly recommend Woodhaven.

Great place for a girlfriends getaway
This is the second year that friends and I have stayed at Woodhaven and have enjoyed it immensely. It is nice to have four bedrooms and three baths when you have a group of people. Very clean and very well equipped. Bella and Bonnie have been wonderful.

We had a great time come down for a race and got rained out. That did not stop us at all from having a great time. We played pool and games and just hung out and enjoyed the house. Everything was fantastic. House was clean and well stocked! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful property!
The home and surrounding property were just what our family needed to enjoy an amazing time together! It was clean, large, had a well-stocked kitchen, and nice amenities. My son and I enjoyed exploring the woods and the whole family had fun cooking s’mores in the nearby fire pit. It was particularly helpful to have noted that the driveway is very steep. Would definitely book again!

Women weekend
This was a great place to stay for the weekend, would be great for longer. The driveway is long and a steady steep climb. Could navigate with front wheel drive in my van but probably better in 4 wheel drive. Bill and Bonnie do provide nice touches like toilet paper, covers, bug spray, nice towels, keurig coffee, etc. A nice home away from home.

Fantastic Property !!
House is large and extremely well appointed. You will need for nothing. Drive is steep but not impossible. Beds sleep well. Hot tub is great. Resident deer and turkey make for great viewing from the deck. One of the nicest cabins we have ever stayed in. Will most definitely return. Looking forward to a fall stay!
