Find attractions and eateries in the popular areas of The Gulch, Music Row, and Berry Hill.

The main living area features plenty of seating and a smart TV. A convenient home office is ideal for checking email or planning activities. The den offers another spot to kick back with a book or a crisp beverage, or the gorgeous sunroom. An additional area right off the kitchen is fitted with a twin sleeper sofa and a record player. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything needed to create your favorite recipes, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island, and helpful gadgets. Gather in the bright dining room when it's time to dine. The airy bedrooms are perfect for a good night's rest - a sleeper sofa just off the kitchen provides additional sleeping space, as well as a sleeper sofa in the sunroom.

The expansive outdoor space features a shaded yard, a patio with seating, a gas grill, and an accommodating hot tub for unwinding and relaxing. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a Pack 'n Play are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
