Renovated ranch-style home nestled conveniently with 5 beds, fully-stocked kitchen,Smart TVs, Wifi, It is only 5 mins from the airport, 12 mins or less to the heart of downtown, Gaylord Opryland (Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel, and Opry Mills), and the beautiful Percy Priest Lake. The home makes it convenient to enjoy the wonderful restaurants, bars, attractions, and nature that Nashville has to offer.

I am a Nashville native and can be a great resource for you during your trip.

The Space

The kitchen has a stainless steel electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender. The living room and eat-in kitchen offers an open atmosphere with a 44-inch 4k Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Provides bunk bed

There is ample parking.

IMPORTANT**

There is an attached studio apartment at the rear of the house that is occupied. It is a separate unit that has its own private entrance.

Perfect bachelorette weekend in Nash!!
10/10 recommend this property! It was perfect for our bachelorette group! We ended up having 6 people total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great location, not far from Broadway at all! So grateful this is the house we chose! Thank you SO much Don! I hope we didn't drive you crazy playing "Should of Been A Cowboy" 100 times! :)

Booked this place 3 months in advance. After staying my first night, the host calls me the next day asking for a deposit paid by Venmo or else he threatened to cancel the rest of my stay. This should have been taking care of before check in. When he does this, just know he will do what he can to keep that deposit. I did not receive full deposit back, for being accused of stealing a hanger.. that was brought by my group. Neighborhood is not the best, and be aware that the host will be at the house during your stay. It is conveniently located to most things. But overall, me and my group did not have a great experience here.

Ladies Weekend!
We had a fantastic time here celebrating my sisters birthday! The host was easy to communicate with and really made the place feel like home. It was a great location for the early Sunday flights home. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Great, Family time was wonderful
Family time was wonderful, The property is in great location very sound efficient. Easy access stop lights on both sides of street, airport close by everything was in 2 to 10 miles to everything. We enjoyed the Percy Priest lake fishing, swimming, zoo, down town Nashville and the Nissan stadium truck show, and of course the Grand Ole Opry. Would definitely stay there again.
