The self check in worked great for us. Very clean and up to date and close to Broadway. Also it is great that the proceeds go to helping the homeless in Nashville. We would definitely stay here again!

The details really shine at the gallatin. Every single item in the rooms, halls, and lobby are all aesthetically pleasing. And the bathtub in the deluxe king suite is worth every penny. Amazing time. Every time I come to Nashville I’ll be staying at either the Gallatin or the Russel. It’s just a perfect chill clean and nice hotel.

I liked the contactless service. It was straightforward what to do and well communicated how to get in and use the hotel. I took one star off the overall rating just due to not having control over the air conditioning unit in the room. There is a fan but it was a little noisy.
