Dirty room, with a strong smell. Bed linens with stains. Half a roll of toilet paper, clogged toilet, dirty bathtub, sink with hair. Dirty ironing board. The reservation was for 4 guests and there were 2 towels, when we requested more, the hotel key was not there. Trash cans in the hotel's common area were full. There is no breakfast!!! What they have is bad coffee, cereal and an open gallon of milk. Terrible accommodation, I do not recommend it.

Scratchy pillows and bedding, doors that I wish closed more, and terrible lighting just scratch the surface. The final nail in the coffin for me was the laundry. They don’t provide laundry services. I know because I asked the front desk where laundry was and was told to go down the street. I was a little confused by this, the property had listed laundry as one of its amenities. I showed the lady at the front desk this and she said that the “laundry” was for bedding and other hotel uses. When I said that they should remove “laundry” from their amenity list if they don’t provide it she started yelling at me. All around terrible. Spend the extra $20 to be treated decently.

Need some work.
The room was clean. The clerk was super helpful with a problem we had with parking. The amenities are none. Four od us in a room with 2 towels. Asked for more, never got them. Probably would have of we kicked up a fuss. They are remodeling two of the buildings. Sketchy parking lot inhabitants and poor location.

Every time we entered the room the key card would not work. Needed assistance EVERY time. Had to buy $10 worth of water bottles because no change in office. Cockroaches in room. Kept suitcases and personal items on tables/desk to avoid bugs. No refreshing of towels. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room was dirty stains and holes in the walls and gum and stains on the sofa. The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging from it's socket, there was one stick where the toilet paper holder should've been. We had to go ask for toilet paper the second day. There was a plastic cup with tissue shoved into a whole in the bathroom behind the door. The shower did not drain. We had to go ask for clean towels and did not get them until the 3rd day because they didn't have any clean ones until then. On the last day of our stay, i opted for the late check out at 1pm for an extra 20 dollars, through Expedia. At 1040am the housekeeper knocks on our door and tells us she needs us out. We told her about the late check out and she went and got the man from front desk Jay who then told us that he knew nothing about Expedia and that he needed us out beacuse his house keeper doesn't feel good and he needs her to clean this room before she left. We ended up leaving at 1145 and he claimed that he never received the 20 through Expedia, which is who we booked our room through, and that we had to pay Him 20 cash. So we couldn't stay til 1 but because we went past 11 we still had to give the prick 20! Don't if he was scamming me or not but i just wanted to get the heck out of there and to be done with him and his useless staff, so i gave him the 20 and left! I Do Not recommend this hotel to Anyone staying in the area. Cheapest rooms and i guess that's why, i got what i payed for, never again.

Shower head did not work and I was too busy on a work trip to deal with changing rooms. Had to take baths using a cup of water which was not fun. Area isn’t the safest, had a few sketchy people wandering the parking lot at night.
