We had no hot or even warm water all week. I am requesting a discount as this should not be the case for a luxury hotel. There is no real front desk so that is hard to fix during the stay. And let people know there are no windows in some rooms…that is a real issue.

This is a wonderful property.. located close to Broadway, but so peaceful with the river view behind the building. The roof top deck was so nice. The staff member was so helpful! We booked the double king with the balcony. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen area was great! Will stay here again.

This stay was a mixed bag. Got off to a bad start because we were unaware of construction on 2nd. Did not know how to access hotel or where to park. Once we connected with site employee all went well. Very friendly and accommodating staff here. Our room in this newly refurbished building was beautiful and nicely appointed. Great shower products. Comfy bed. Our first night was a bit noisy as people came back to hotel late at night and while we were sleeping there was a loud, clunky machinery noise coming through wall. Have no idea what that was. 2nd night was very quiet and no problems. Despite the long-term construction on 2nd, this was a great location and easy to get to where all the action was, without the street noise. They have a beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy the city views. Wish we knew more upfront, but we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Tips: bring ear plugs, enjoy the several breakfast spots right around the corner, be prepared to pay $40 a night for parking across the street. Enjoy all this fun part of town has to offer.

The hotel is very clean. It’s hard to find because there is construction on the street of the hotel. Now their fault. So everything is done on your phone because theirs is no desk. Entry to the hotel and room need codes to enter and get in your room. If you’re not tech savvy that would be a problem. On the other hand they have phone help to get through the process. The road around the property was being worked on which was a pain with baggage but once we got inside, the property was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was quiet, extremely clean and as close to broadway as you can get. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a river view with a little balcony. Loved it here ❤️
