Front desk clerk that checked us in during the afternoon needs to speak better English and slow down when he talks. Don't know how to rate the morning check out person since never saw him even after ringing bell.

Not the worst, but definitely no higher than a 2*
The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful, but the hotel was not in good condition. The carpet and furniture was very outdated, worn down, and uncleanly. The poor was also not that clean and had what appeared to be dryer sheets floating in it. The beds are very uncomfortable, and there were stains on the blankets and the curtains. Also, we discovered near the end of the stay that someone had crushed a small roach with the no smoking sign by our TV. The walls were scraped and worn out from maintenance carts and had large piece of the plaster missing. There was a molded/mildewed place near the back exit from a roof leak that appeared to be left unchecked. Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t book it again.
