When the whole group needs to get ready at once, six full baths will make all the difference in the world. We have thought of everything to make your stay more than convenient; this vacation rental home will make it more fun. Decked out with a modern color pallet, you will enjoy having so much to do inside the house to entertain your group. The accommodations are accurate as stated in the information. I loved that each bathroom had its own bathroom. The space was spacious for 8 of us plus two children. Keep in mind there are a lot of steps through out the house. House was clean and near Broadway.

Perfect for large groups
We loved staying at this house! Super accommodating for a large group and appreciated how every bedroom had its own bathroom. All the bathrooms had hand soap readily available… an extra nice touch would have included body soap/wash for those that forgot to pack it. It was clean and had a spectacular view of downtown. Be prepared to climb multiple flights of stairs though- it had around 4 I believe. A little too far to walk to Broadway area but Uber/Lyft was easy to grab.

Did not disappoint
This house was exactly how it is listed. Plenty of space for everyone and everything. Would def stay here again and again. We did walk home from Nissan (CMA FEST) due to uber congestion and that was doable (1.5 miles). Restaurants nearby were GREAT. Cant say anything bad about our stay except wish it was longer.

Our group of 10 60 year old women couldn’t have been more impressed with the property! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, and located just minutes from the music! Karaoke and pool table were a wonderful surprise! So many bathrooms we could all get ready to go out at the same time. Separate air controls in each room were ideal. My 25 year old daughter who was with us wants her friend group to book this property in the future! Thank you for a perfect home away from home! Oh…and the wine was a super nice touch!

I’ve been a little disenchanted with rental properties lately, but I was so please with our stay here. Everything was as advertised, and the property was very well built and comfortable. The coffee pods were a really nice touch as well. I had to reach out to playlist a couple of times and they were extremely responsive. Great visit to Nashville!

Fantastic house
Property is as described and as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room for large groups. Beds are comfortable and every room has its own bathroom. Wouldn't recommend adults sleeping on the sofa sleeper in the loft; it's a bit uncomfortable and the loft gets especially warm. House has everything you need and is clean and well-maintained. Super easy access to Broadway and other parts of Nashville. Excellent food choices in the neighborhood. This is a transitional neighborhood with a varied and diverse community. Also, this home is part of a 4-plex, so expect some noise from the bachelor/bachelorette party crowd. (We had a group behind us of golf buddies and a group next door with strippers until 3 am.) The view of the Nashville skyline in the evening from the loft's outdoor deck is spectacular!

Vist to Nashville for a long weekend
Had a great stay, short Uber rides to the action on Broadway was able to walk over to Nissan Stadium, and there's a few local bars within walking distance of the property. Had a little heating issue that a few text and phone calls was able to fix.. The house it self was great with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all.
