Spoil yourself with the large rooftop deck with comfortable conversation seating, dining seating, and a wet bar right inside. Stay here, only about 2 miles from Downtown nightlife and businesses, and you are sure to fall in love with the space. With two private bedrooms with full baths, this condo offers modern, clean finishes with chic, country flair. Throughout the condo you will be delighted with the thoughtful details and equestrian touches.

The main floor features an open floor plan with finished concrete throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and tools you need to enjoy cooking breakfast before heading out for the day or preparing a late-night snack after a full day in the City. Nothing but the best is provided, including stainless steel appliances, granite & quartz counters and modern chrome fixtures. The living area is outfitted with a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen bed. Enjoy upgraded amenities throughout the home including a large flat screen SmartTV in the living area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home.

The second level features hardwood floors throughout two private bedrooms; each with a full bath. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with warm upholstered headboards, and all the comforts of home. Each of the two full baths are outfitted with beautiful modern tilework and gleaming chrome fixtures.

One more level up you first encounter a splendid accessory to the rooftop terrace; a wet bar with a mini-fridge and prep space. Out on the rooftop terrace you have your own “Vue” of the sparkling City skyline and surrounding area.

Also included is a full-size washer and dryer inside the condo, and convenient designated parking just out the back door!

Perfect Retreat
Absolute wonderful place prime location to anywhere you need to go to downtown or surrounding areas. Quiet, Clean, and stunning roof top deck. Not the best neighborhood but never felt unsafe to go for a run in the morning. Next time I come to Nashville not going to hesitate to book with playlist properties!!! Love love love

We had 5 people and were all very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the washer and dryer came in handy mid-way through our stay, and the rooftop deck was the highlight! Communication with the host was quick, easy, and friendly. We will definitely look up Playlist Properties next time we’re in Nashville!

The roof was great. The beds were very comfy. Very clean. Our only issue was there weren't four places to sit in the living room and nowhere to sit 4 people to have a meal or play cards. This is a very cute place but VERY tiny.

This property is close to downtown Nashville. Very clean and just as described in the listing. Easy in and out with uber rides. Not in the best loaction to walk around at all. We did feel safe inside the rental, but very questionable on the surrounding area.

The property was as described, very clean, AC worked great, rooftop patio also nice. There were 6 of us and enough space we did not feel crowded. Sofa bed was comfortable. We were not comfortable taking a walk in the neighborhood. But did feel safe in the property.

property was nice and well-maintained however, for a group of six adults, there is not enough seating in the living space. Additionally, be prepared to walk up for flights of stairs to get to the rooftop deck. There is No place to sit and enjoy a meal a game or coffee for six adults in the living space. If you’re going to sleep there, it’s perfect however, I do believe it could be laid out a little differently.
