Terrific apartment!
This place was exactly as depicted! We stayed for 4 nights - its clean, spacious and very comfortable. Nice to have a little patio space. Bed was comfy, wifi was good, shower was nice. Its a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway and all the fun stuff but be aware that its downhill to get downtown but uphill to return to the condo. Those with mobility issues might find this challenging. Host communication was lightning fast! We would stay again. Overall, fantastic stay!

Perfect Stay in Nashville
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen to the bathroom essentials. Casey was exceptional with communication both before and after our arrival. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions for entering the building and apartment. The location is perfect for those who want to explore Nashville on foot. We found ourselves easily walking to a variety of neighborhoods, all filled with vibrant music, great food, and plenty to discover. We didn’t need a car at all during our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Our time in the city and in this apartment was truly memorable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this super fun city. Thank you for hosting us—this was truly a special experience. Great property and location!
We loved staying at this beautiful property! It was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay! It was such a short walk to visit great restaurants, Broadway street, the Music hall of fame, and so much more! Free onsite parking was a major plus, as parking downtown can be very expensive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Nashville! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great stay in Nashville!
We stayed here for our weekend trip and the location was perfect! We were walking distance to Broadway and all of the areas with restaurants and shops! The decor was super nice and the bed was comfortable! The only thing to be aware of, the condo is right next to a super noisy road with a fire hall. The host did a great job with providing a sound machine to drown the noise, but definitely something to know about!!

Awesome location to stay.
Only 15 minutes from the airport and close to some cool places. The Goat is good food, 3rd and Lindsley and Southern collective spirits are right around the corner. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Great place to stay.

Close to everything and great place!
Had a great stay for the night in Nashville with friends to see a concert at Assembly Music Hall. It was about a 15-20 minute walk which was fine because you walk through the city and have some pretty cool sights on the way! Very close to Broadway and the host was very accommodating and was quick to respond if we needed him. Would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our needs for 2 nights. The walk to Broadway was easy, and the free gated parking was fantastic! The previous renter took the parking pass, but Casey helped us in a timely fashion to provide a solution.

The apartment was exactly as described and even a bit better. The location was great a simple walk to broadway and all the Nashville attractions. Walked to the stadium for a concert was no problem. Decorated nice and the updated bathroom and kitchen were great. Communication with the host was simple and responses were very quick. The secured entrances made for a very safe stay. 10/10 recommend booking.

My sister and I had 4 day passes to CMF 2024. We found your condo to be an excellent choice rather than driving to and from home daily. The location for the daily walks to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, restaurants, coffee shops was spot on. The property was clean, perfect size, free gated parking, tastefully decorated, felt safe from attackers and crime, etc, etc etc. we would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN. Perfect for our short stay in Nashville. The place was comfortable, clean and just a short walk away from Broadway. Great communication from the host. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking available. Kitchen was well-stocked. Living area and bedroom were comfortable. Could use a little more counter space in the bathroom but fine otherwise. Road noise from 2nd Ave/Ronald Reagan was noticeable but not terrible. White noise machines were nice to have.
