Located in the HEART of the12 South District and 1 block from more than 12 restaurants, bars and shops. This cool and cozy apartment in our 100 year old Tudor triplex is 2 miles from Vanderbilt University and 1 mile from Belmont University and Downtown Nashville's Broadway entertainment district. Enjoy 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, plenty of free parking, full kitchen, Washer & Dryer and more!

The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and its own private Bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full-bath in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, Double oven/stove, coffee pot, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and all your basic utensils. There is also 2 twin cots and an additional queen size air mattress. We offer this property with the Short Term Rental Permit obtained by Nashville's Metro Codes Department

Concert and Nashville outings
Had a great stay. The location of the property is great with plenty to do in walking distance with downtown Nashville just around the corner. The house is older with the quirks that old houses have but located well, comfortable and as advertised.

I had a girls weekend with my two daughters. We loved the location. Easy access to shopping, food, the park. A quick Uber to broadway. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for girls trip
This property was perfect for our girls trip to attend the SEC tournament. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had and the place was very nice and comfortable. The location was very convenient to downtown but very quiet.

Fun in Nashville
We had a great stay! The location was fantastic with lots of good food and drink within walking distance. There are e-bikes for rent across the street and it was an easy drive/bike to Broadway and East Nashville.

This was our first time staying in 12 south and this location was perfect. Good parking, clean and comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed in was the the digital cable. It’s actually a digital antenna which limited viewing when recovering from Broadway visits.

Nice, relaxing location
We happened to be there a weekend that the Titans played so downtown was very busy. It was nice to get back to our VRBO to relax. Great location, there were plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy within walking distance and it was a quick, short Uber drive to downtown. We would definitely stay again if we’re back in Nashville

Property was great, but there is a little lack of info. We thought we were renting a house and turned out to be a 3 apartment rental. Great area, and Brian was very helpful. We would've like to have a table with chairs. Hard to sit and eat. All in all. Nice place.

Location can’t be beat. It’s an old house, and with that come old house quirks - like a window (with blinds) in one of the showers. Downstairs neighbors were loud and kept us up half the night one night, but were otherwise not an issue. Overall, the place was clean and matched the listing description.

Location. ‘Nough said. If you want to visit 12S stay here. And eminently convenient arrival and departure. Couldn’t be easier. If you insist on knowing more, it’s comfortable and serviceable and even has a little character. But again, this rental is about location.
