Perfect Location
We had an amazing stay at this property. It was perfect for me, my husband, and in-laws. I can’t stress enough how incredible the location is. This building is the perfect place to stay in Nashville. We were in a busy area for New Year's but the noise was surprisingly not a problem. The property manager lives in the building and is very responsive and helpful. The whole experience was quite delightful; even drop-off and parking were easy.

Stayed in Nashvilefor thanksgiving week with family -always difficult to cook in “someone else’s kitchen “but that was expected and planned for. If you go to bed early, this might not be the exact location for you, as even on the sixth floor It is very loud until 3 o’clock in the morning…. if you’re in town to participate in the music party that is Nashville, then this place is absolutely perfect.

Exceeding expectations
The place was wonderfully decorated with superb bedding and pillows. Second bathroom could use a couple of shelves to put toiletries, but manageable. The outside patio right on the alley was the most fun for people watching and visiting with Darold, the manager, and other guests. But the Alley was the highlight!!! Literally within yards of fantastic food, cocktails and music. Being on the 6th floor kept the late night noise from disturbing our sleep. This place made our trip what it turned out to be....MEMORABLE

Walk everywhere!
The loft was the perfect place to stay when visiting downtown Nashville. It was a short walk to Broadway and all the live music, Hattie B's, Bridgestone Arena, shopping, and restaurants. We took an uber to the Parthenon, but that was the only time we didn't just walk somewhere. We were in town for a concert, so the convenience of walking to the arena was incredible. Make sure you make a reservation if you want to park on the corner of church and printer's alley, especially on a weekend. We paid in advance for three days, but upon arriving the lot was blocked with a "full" sign. We spoke with the attendant who confirmed our reservation and opened up the top levels that allowed for extra parking. The lot was TIGHT and we were driving a large suv. I was so relieved when we finally found our parking space. This garage is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the loft, so very convenient. We had great food at the Black Tap, Hattie B's, Pancake Pantry, and Blue Sushi Sake. We waited at Hattie B's and the Pancake Pantry and it was totally worth the wait! The property manager was very responsive to our texts and offered helpful information about local businesses. Would definitely recommend!
