The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. For beginners, the directions to get into the apartment were a little confusing, however I followed everything perfectly and we still couldn’t get in after an hour of waiting outside talking to the answering service. Then we were getting ready and just laughing, not being loud or obnoxious, and I got an automated text saying noise level detected. Like wth?? After 2 of those we realized they had some device on the wall listening to us. Supposedly just the noise level, but who knows what else. One of my friends had a snap sent to her hubby at 2am that she did not send. Super weird. Our whisky in the freezer was mysteriously all gone and we only had a couple drinks from it. There was a huge problem with the smoke alarm chirping every morning at 4am then would stop around noon even after we changed the batteries. Just a lot of strange things and poor modes of communication. Neighborhood sketchy as well.
