Welcome to TreeStudio, a newly-built (June 2024) spacious 1BR apartment. Everything is literally NEW, from the building itself to the appliances and amenities! Located exactly one mile from the bustling arts and shopping of downtown Nashville, IN. Nestled into the side of a wooded hill for privacy and tranquility.

TreeStudio is fully furnished with everything you will need in the kitchen, bedroom and bath. WiFi is free and the TV is controlled via an Amazon FireStick with guest accounts on all the major streaming services. Door access is a keypad.

DISCLAIMERS:
1) TreeStudio is not wheelchair-accessible; entry is via an exterior staircase.
2) This is the lower level of a duplex with the owners living upstairs but your space is completely private.
3) Be honest about how many guests/pets you intend to bring. We tailor our space to the size of each booking and undeclared guests will result in poor reviews and/or additional fees.

Great wooded getaway close to Nashville
My wife and I, along with our two boys, loved our time in this getaway. The location is only a couple minute drive north of downtown Nashville so very convenient. It's very quiet and private overlooking a wooded ravine. The property has a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. We didn't cook but the kitchen had everything you'd need to prepare meals. It also had a large, cozy living area and a separate bedroom. We visited Nashville to attend the Christmas Lights Parade so only spent one evening but would love to have spent more time!
