Really enjoyed the house, hot tub and pool. The place was well cared for and clean. There were a lot of steps; 3 of 4 of the bedrooms were extra spacious. The general living areas were very comfortable.

Great house. Front deck & chairs needs power washed. Grill was dirty but we cleaned it. The place overall was very good. Inside the house was fantastic. Very clean. Overall it was a great experience.

The property was very nice and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. There were 6 of us and we were able to spread out nicely and have space and privacy. With the ability to all gather and visit. Very comfortable. A short drive to Nashville and convenient location.

Large Family Christmas
My children are grown and live all over the country. We were looking for a place for a large family. This was the perfect getaway four our family Christmas. It was homey and inviting. The kitchen had all we needed - our family of 14 loves to cook & EAT! We had room for games and activities. We were close enough to Nashville to go into the city for a couple of events, yet we loved the peacefulness of the property. The owners were quick to answer when a couple of questions arose - they were kind and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!!

We booked for a short little vaca, the pool being the main attraction. Worked perfectly for what we needed. The kitchen could use a few things, it has just enough to get by, but we made do with what was there. Over all we loved the place. The property manager was very helpful. Went beyond the call of duty, which we really appreciated! Would recommend this place to anyone, as long as its hot enough for the pool to be open. Not much to do here besides the pool or TV.

Perfect house for our family
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The area has a rural feel, but we were only 20-30 minutes from Nashville and just 10-15 minutes from a major shopping area. The house is spacious, with plenty of privacy for our three older kids. The kitchen is well-equipped -- we had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect escape from the heat - I could hardly get the kids out of it to go sightseeing!

The house was a wonderful escape for my family. We were able to connect with family in the area and had a wonderful time there. Overall great experience. Host was super nice and communicative. Came to fix something right away while we were there. Really nice pool area. Upstairs the showers didn’t get so warm but the downstairs ones did. Worked really well to be able to meet up with family from different states! Thank you!

We chose this house for our staff trip because we were kayaking the Harpeth River and this house was 4 minutes from the river. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were great additions. Everything was clean, easy to access, and in working condition.
