NEIGHBORHOOD:
East Nashville is one of Nashville's HIPPEST & TRENDIEST parts of town! You won't see very many corporate "chains" as this part of town thrives on small & local businesses. You'll find so many great restaurants (such as Mas Taco, The Pharmacy, Barista Parlor, Lyra, Peninsula) & bars from local sports bars, dives, and craft beer bars (Dino’s, No. 308, Tailgate Brewery, 3 Crow Bar) to upscale cocktail bars (Chopper’s, Pearl Diver, Butcher, and the Bee, The Rosemary, Attaboy) and more.

You can walk just a few blocks in any direction & find food, coffee, grocery stores, bars, breweries, pharmacies, gas stations, etc. You're only a 10-minute walk to East Nashville's Five Points area, which serves as the hub of the Eastside. Here you will find Bongo Java East (got to grab a cup of joe to start your day!), Five Points Pizza (fantastic New York-style pizza!), Red Door East is where ALL the locals hang, and Beyond The Edge Bar & Grill if you want to grab a bite and watch the big game. There’s Burger Up (The best burger in town!) • Uber/Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, & you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, the garage can only park two small cars.

Fantastic Customer Service
So impressed! The property was exactly as described and totally spic and span clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was fantastic with great breakfast. Food options, nearby and an easy five minute drive to downtown. My truck ended up not fitting in the garage, but finding street parking was not very difficult at all. I would assume this could vary with season. On the very first day, the small loveseat in the living room revealed itself to have been broken by a previous guest. One of our party sat on it and fell right through it. The next morning, I emailed the team to just let them know. We move the couch to the other side of the room and prepared to be perfectly fine sitting on the remaining occasional chairs and dining chairs. We headed out on Friday for our adventures and to our amazed surprise when we returned in the late afternoon, there was a brand new couch in the living room! Not only was it not broken, but it was also a drastic improvement over the previous small loveseat and provides great seating availability in the living area now. I also included in my email the fact that one of the handles was broken. That was fixed as well! Really enjoyed our stay and are more than impressed!

First time in Nashville and we weren’t really sure where to stay. This place was great! Very close to everything. Some areas nearby could be a little sketchy but we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for 6 of us.

This property is a long walk or easy drive to downtown Nashville and all venues. Very nice property. Note, it is a four level building so there will be various flights of stairs within this home.

We were here for a girl's getaway. Enjoyed the townhouse. Not far from Downtown. We had plenty of room to spread out and loved the rooftop deck. Would stay here again.

Overall we were impressed! Just a little dusty and some parts of the floor were sticky. We would stay here again though, we had trouble gaining access through the front door so we only used the garage for access into the condo! That was the only major issue we had.

I'm giving this a 5 Stars because it's better than 4 stars, but it's really more of a 4.5 star place. It was very clean. The location was easy to get to where we wanted to go - all reasonable uber rides that were easy to secure. The beds were comfortable. As some reviewers have noted, there are LOTS of steps. The upper bedrooms are four flights from the access in the garage. My biggest complaint would be it's not setup for you to spend anytime there except for sleeping. There's a small loveseat and two chairs along with a small table with four chairs in the main living area. If you want to eat there, you have very limited ability with more than four people. There were only maybe 6 coffee mugs and only 4 wine glasses (our group of 6 had a couple of us drinking wine from regular glasses). A couple of other complaints - the coffee pot does not have an auto shutoff (seems dangerous for a rental) and the hot water takes a really long time to get to the upper bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has french doors that are difficult to get to close. If the owner could invest in some more dishes and barstools (there is a bar), this rental would have been a full 5 stars for me, even with the long wait for hot water. But, it's very meekly furnished on furniture and kitchen supplies. So just don't plan to eat a meal there and remember to turn off the coffee pot when you leave if you make coffee.

Nice for couples that don’t mind stairs
Host was great, informative and loved how things were newer; nice having a garage. It’s good place to stay for 3 couples but beware it’s 2 flights of stairs to main living and 3 flights to rooms. Great to have the private rooftop and 3.5 bathrooms. I thought this East area would have more to do within walking distance. Not the best setup to hang out with family mainly due to lack of couch seating but nice and clean. We appreciated the stay here.

Perfect spot!
A great house for a group of friends. Location was great, a short Uber drive to broadway, shopping, etc. Beds were very comfortable, the only thing we wished we had was an ice maker built into the fridge.

Location and house perfect for 3 couples. We would definitely stay there again. Just a couple of suggestions for the owners. Could have used more hangers in the closests, hooks for towels in the bathrooms. Listing says for 10 people, but dining table fit only 4 people. Perhaps some bar stools would be helpful. Only 2 wine glasses in the kitchen cupboard. Lights and fans were turning on and off from other rooms/floors. Bedroom 2 could have better curtains to block the morning sun. Still give it a 5 ☆ rating. Thanks for the hospitality

Lots of stairs! Clean! Neighborhood is great during the day but a bit sketchy at night! Easy to check in! House accommodates 10 but the dining table is only for four and furniture isn’t for lounging. It’s a bit uncomfortable. Beds are great though! Close to restaurants and workout facilities! Grocery stores are a short drive away! Over all this is a great place! We hope to return in the future!

Nashville quick birthday celebration getaway for 7 ladies!
The neighborhood is a short inexpensive uber drive to Broadway. The condo has a 2 car garage which was helpful. The condo is decorated beautifully and was spacious. There are a lot of steps and you definitely get a leg workout. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge. It does get rather warm upstairs as the windows just have light curtains. Overall..we enjoyed it and the short drive to downtown can't be beat.

Cousin Trip
Property is on the newer side and nice. I would say it could have been cleaned better as the floors and stairs had footprints on them and hair on bathroom floors. Kevin was very quick to respond to any questions. Overall we had a fun trip.
