This single family, pet friendly, dwelling features a comfortable living room that connects to the kitchen via a pass through bar that can seat 5. There is a large back deck with a table/seating for 4 that is perfect for sunset dinners or morning coffee. One of the 3 bedrooms is designed with kids in mind, with a bunk bed (twin over full), board games, and a TV with original Nintendo games. Plenty of off-street parking can accommodate most fishing or sport boats in tow. Can also accommodate most moving vans.
There is a charcoal grill for guest use, and a large fenced yard just steps from the back deck.

We needed a pet friendly place to stay and this was perfect. It was clean and had a fenced in yard for our dog to roam around. It was conveniently located near several grocery stores and about a 25 minute drive to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Short drive to all local nashville attractions. We did not have dogs this time, but this property would be great if you did. Thank you for the sweet Easter basket.

House was well stocked and great for our location of events. Lots of snacks, coffee, and hospitality. Our pups loved the back yard. Extra half bath off master was nice. Perfect for what we needed and kitchen sufficiently stocked for cooking.

Lovely, peaceful place
This property was very quiet and comfortable for our week's stay. It was super dog friendly with everything a dog owner might need from toys and treats to leashes and a fenced yard. There were other nice touches like soft towels, fantastic pillows and even snacks provided. The whole experience was great.

Very cute house with a nice years in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the games and toys. The beds were comfy. Communication was awesome - we accidentally left a boom in the bunk bed and the owners mailed it back promptly, just to help us out! I highly recommend!

Safe area, about a 25 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Plenty of space, clean, LOVE that they accommodate dogs - large fenced yard. Super-fast & pleasant communication from host. We did not need one thing that wasn't there nor do we have any complaints! Would most definitely stay again :-)

Quick trip
We stayed one night as we passed thru Nashville. The house was very comfortable for my 3 teenagers, husband and I and most importantly our 2 dogs! The fenced in area was great for them to run around after a long day in the car. We will definitely return if our travels take us that way again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and fenced yard for our pups! We are military relocating to Nebraska and there was plenty of off-street parking for our Uhaul and long driveway for truck and trailer. Home was close to stores and downtown Nashville for dinner. Thanks for the clean space!

Excellent Property
I stayed here during a trip to Nashville with my mom and dog. The dog enjoyed the separate fenced yard. The owner had several amenities for us and the dog. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to downtown to drive in every day and plenty of food and shopping right outside the neighborhood. The owner's communication was excellent. This was overall a great property.
