Filled with gorgeous natural light, this home is not only beautiful, but comfortable. Relax in one of 2 private outdoor spaces, or whip up a meal in the well appointed kitchen. All toiletries provided are organic and free of harmful ingredients. Located in the popular East Nashville neighborhood this brand new home is less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown - close to the action, but a quiet place to recharge.

Why cram into a tiny hotel room when you and your guests can spread out in the living room, out on the private balcony or around the large outdoor table on your private patio?

Full size, stainless steel appliances making cooking a breeze and plenty of storage space in the kitchen so you can tuck away your snacks. Both bedrooms feature large closets and ensuite bathrooms, making it easy to get ready for the night out.

We want checkout to be a breeze so all we ask is that if you have time, and are able to, you take your trash to the conveniently located community dumpster and start the dishwasher - that's it! No long list of chores or unreasonable expectations, like some properties require.

I'm a local Nashvillian, not a large property management corporation, and here to answer any questions and offer recommendations - whatever you need!

Everything was very clean and nice and close to many chosen destinations. Had a small issue when security code stopped working at gate, but the owner resolved the problem quickly and kindly. Would stay there again.

The home was very clean. We enjoyed the location (close to downtown and to other tourist areas). Being in a gated community made us feel very safe. Perfect for 2 couples or family with a couple of kids. Nice bathroom products. Could use a few more hangers in the closet as there is no dressers in the bedrooms. Great layout, only wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the patios
We were just passing through for the night but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the townhome was perfect for our family and the two parking spots were ideal as we had a bike trailer with us. We found fantastic pizza just a 5 min drive away in a neat part of town. Next time we will stay longer and explore a bit - and enjoy the nice patios!

Perfect place to relax
This VRBO was perfect for our girls' trip with a baby. The bedrooms each had a private bath. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe with only gate access to the street. The area was nice. The communication with the host was excellent and he promptly fixed an issue that we had with the travel crib. We felt so comfortable and relaxed in the condo.

This was the perfect place for a weekend in Nashville. 10 minutes to downtown. Clean and cute. They had a guide book that was thoughtfully crafted with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Definitely recommend!

“You can get anywhere in Nashville within 15 min.” This was a great spot less than 15 min to all the best neighborhoods and activities. The house had all the conveniences and we appreciated all of the extra towels. Easy in/out with codes and the host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! Just a delight and such an easy process..we loved that the community was super quiet! Such thoughtful amenities were provided—a beautiful bottle of Cava, coffee pods and creamer, make-up washcloths..the furnishings reflected a great style..we loved having breakfast around the round table..the accommodations were in a great location as well! We plan to come back!! So convenient to many things!!

Great place near Nashville
We came for a Taylor Swift concert and this was the perfect location! Very easy drive to Nissan Stadium. My teenage daughters and her friends loved the spacious bathrooms and it made getting ready for the concert a breeze. The adults loved hanging out on the balcony while the teens got ready. Very nicely decorated and comfortable place. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Nashville!

Short visit for concert and university visit
Family and I stayed for 3 nights in this very comfortable home. It was clean and nicely appointed with everything you’d need. Neighborhood of East Nashville is eclectic and is transforming. Lots of newer homes have popped up with many more coming. This means there are a lot of newer restaurants, shopping and many other things to do within a short drive from this house. There are grocery stores within a mile of the house as well. The house is in a gated community along with 17 other attached homes. Certainly would stay here again. Highly recommended.
