Modern 1Bed/1Bath private apartment near downtown / East Nashville

This cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located within walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Nashville.

Located in the popular Lockeland Springs neighborhood in East Nashville, this space offers a great combination of location, privacy, relaxation, and value! Featuring an open floor plan, high ceilings, and lots of windows, you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable respite away from home, yet still be just minutes from the action!

This 475 square foot space has two rooms, with a comfy new queen bed, a roomy sofa that is large enough to sleep one person, a private bathroom, a small living area adjacent to the bed, and a sitting/eating area, with a table and chairs.

Includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, Keurig machine (coffee included), microwave oven, and hot/cold filtered water.

*Note: This unit does not have a kitchen.*

** Update: We're installing a small kitchenette in this unit in April 2021. It will have a sink, utensils, cookware and dishes. There will be a small hot plate and toaster oven, but no range or stove. **

There is a washer and dryer available for use inside the unit.

The space is adjacent to our renovated 1896 home, and has a completely separate, private entrance. It is on the second story, up one flight of stairs.

Check-in/out: 4PM/11AM (exceptions can usually be made to accommodate your schedule if coordinated in advance with me).

Less than a 2-minute walk:

- The Post - coffee and juice bar
- Sweet 16th - bakery
- Italia - pizza, pasta, Mediterranean

The popular "5-Points" area is an easy 7-10 minute walk, with many popular spots:

Cool, clean comfy and quiet.
I spent 9 days here, which is a long time to spend anywhere other than your own home. I was in town for business and looked forward to coming back to this very well appointed quiet and most importantly cool apartment each evening. Very close to two fabulous restaurants and in a neighborhood where you could walk at all hours and enjoy the architecture whilst feeling totally safe. I would recommend to anybody.

The perfect spot for everything.
First time to Nashville and this place was perfect. Close to downtown, close to Opryland and everything in between. We had a rental car but also used Uber to go downtown. Cost was less than $15 each way. Bobby was the best. Keeps in touch and does all he can to make your stay enjoyable. The little apartment itself was immaculate. Clean, stocked well, cool enough, hot enough and just perfect for our 4 night stay. You won't go wrong and when we go back I won't even bother looking for another VRBO...this place will be it!!!

Amazing Stay!
We had an incredible stay at Bobby's place! We had everything we needed & more! From toiletries to the full sized fridge, the unit has more than I ever expected! The bed is so comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful. The East Nash neighbourhood is really quiet and we felt very safe walking to/from local restaurants. Bobby was easy to contact and flexible with our check-in time, as well as holding our luggage after we checked out. We are looking forward to visiting again and will definitely recommend Bobby's place. Thank you so much!

What A Great Place!
Bobby’s place was very clean and had everything we needed . The furnishings and layout were well thought out and comfortable, including high quality linens and a super comfy bed. Nice views from the windows of the charming neighborhood. We arrived early and without a car. Booby was very gracious in allowing us to drop off our bags . And also offered an earlier checkin . He suggested some restaurants that were not only great .. but just a short distance away. It’s a fun little area in East Nashville with plenty to do to keep you busy . A washer and dryer in the studio was an added bonus as we had been on the road for several days prior. We certainly recommend this host and space ! Would love to have stayed longer.
