The “mix” unit is reflective of its name and boasts a mix of styles and finishes. Check out the hand mirrors in the powder bath that adorn the walls on reflective mylar, with closer inspection you’ll see someone or something looking back at you! “recharge” at the coffee and charging station offered in all of the kitchens, and enjoy a fun game or puzzle in the classic modern living room.

Make your way up to the loft and rooftop deck for a true oasis suite that sleeps 4 on Sealy mattresses. The space also houses a 60” flatscreen TV that articulates for the best viewing as well as a garage door that opens to a large open air patio! You are sure to leave this unit with a new appreciation for “mixing things up a little.”

We had a really nice stay in Nashville - unit is spacious, clean, looks as pictured, plenty of room for 6 of us. We had an issue with WiFi and host responded quickly and was very helpful. Only gave 4 stars as location is farther than we expected from Gulch area Everything else all good!!

Perfect Spot
5 girlfriends enjoyed staying here. The only negative is there are a lot of stairs to get to all the different floors if you have any knee issues, but still doable. Just point of information. It is the perfect getaway spot! Excellent location, very clean and extra easy to go to Broadway and to the Opry. We loved it and said we'd like to bring our families. It was great that we could park two suvs in the garage. Highly recommend!

Great weekend in Nashville
The location of this property is excellent. It is between 12S and the Gulch. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. You can walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt. Management was timely in responding to a few repairs that needed addressing. This property could have gotten a 5-star review with just a few updates and some tender loving care.

Unfortunately this one had issues. The thermostat kept changing so it was hot. The dishwasher tray was missing wheels so it made it difficult to clean dishes. The oven did not work. It was a good place but just not great. The folks communicated fine I was just not as happy as other stays in Nashville. I travel there for business every 6 weeks so I have stayed at many others but normally like to spread the wealth.

The location and appearance of the listing made this our first pick for our short weekend in Nashville. Upon arrival the immediate area didn’t seem so nice, but the property itself was clean & pleasant. The walls were a bit scuffed but otherwise all was great. The top floor room was too hot to sleep comfortably, recommend adding cover/tint in the future if it’s being marketed as a “bedroom”. Proximity to both Gulch & Broadway was convenient and there is a garage for your vehicle.

Sibling trip
Had planned a sibling trip for my husband and his siblings and the spouses. Two weeks later, one of the siblings unexpectedly passed away. His spouse wanted to still take the sibling trip, so we did. It was the best thing for all of us.

Nice condo close to downtown
This was a great place to spend a few days. Good location and roomy, lots of bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans and a few utensils. The shower on the top floor has poor water pressure though and the towel rack and toilet paper holder were broken ( management was very responsive and offered to fix them while we were there but it was fine). Also would recommend bath mats for each bathroom, more than 1 towel per person for 5 days, a few kitchen towels and washcloth and more than 1 dishwasher pod. Beds are comfortable.

I thought the party was great for a guys weekend in Nashville. Large space with a nice setup. Plenty of beds and bathrooms with a nice large open kitchen and living room and a nice outdoor area. The space seemed to be in good condition and the Uber’s were quite cheap to Broadway / Downtown. Would stay here again.
