We live in an up & coming neighborhood next to Germantown; located less than 10 minutes from downtown Broadway, Midtown, the NFL & NHL stadiums, The Gulch and Top Golf! Uber rides are about $5-7.

Perfect home for my family
This home was perfect for our family. It certainly met our needs. Loved having the washer and dryer upstairs. Having the large sofa nicely accommodated our family. We had great communication with the owner, Valerie. She was so helpful in every way. We felt blessed to have selected this home for our stay in Nashville.

The home is beautiful! It is so nice to have multiple bedrooms with full bathrooms. Kitchen was great! The back porch is amazing to relax on with minimal noise. This neighborhood is in a progressively cleaning up process of areas but surrounded by safe other homes. Valerie receives 5 stars for communication and beauty of her home. The cleaning staff could have taken a little more effort to help the beauty of the home and owner shine through! This is a great rental!!

Great homebase
This was the perfect spot for our group, lots of room and well equipped place, it was our home away from home. We doordashed food most of the time to avoid lines and were able to try some popular spots. We were close to all of the action too.

Great place for friends to gather
Terrific host. The home has been recently updated and very clean. Master bedroom is excellent. Plenty of room in the other bedrooms although the listing is a bit hard to follow. Great kitchen. Only drawback is location in a re-gentrifying area of town, a bit further from the action than we anticipated but no problems getting an Uber to and from usually within 5 to 10 minutes. Highly recommended for a group of friends.

Everything we needed was at Valeries! She accommodated our group of 7 perfectly, and was well stocked in everything we could need. She had a great welcome book with a lot of information, and was quick to respond to my messages before the trip. We loved Nashville and would definitely stay at Valeries again!

Lovely home
The house was up to date/ modern and very beautiful. We had a great time celebrating my sisters Bachelorette in this space. Valerie was very accommodating as many members in our group had early flights in and she let us check in early which was very helpful. Short Uber ride to all the hotspots. Recommend!

Clean, spacious and great property close to Downtown Nash
We booked this for a Bachelorette weekend, there was 8 of us and we all fit very comfortably. The property was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. It was easy to grab Uber/Lyft and not far from Downtown Nashville at all. Valerie (the property owner) was very easy to communicate with and followed up on our stay to make sure we were enjoying the property and Nashville. I would recommend this place and would definitely rent again!

A Fun Weekend Getaway for 8!
This property is very nice and was very spacious for 8 ladies. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and in the common area. It was a great getaway spot for us and the location is close to downtown. I highly recommend this location!

Great space for our group socialize, cook and relax. Bedrooms were comfy and allowed privacy. Master shower is the bomb! Location made is easy to get downtown to enjoy Nashville.
