This is our 2 BEDROOM condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MATTE BLACK & SLEEK VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

MAIN:
The sleek matte black kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy.

BATH:
Floating matte black double vanity sink & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. One private toilet in the bathroom.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL and GRILL:
Our pool area is open year round. However, the pool is not heated so it is up to our HOA to determine the exact dates of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year (typically May-October).

Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass must be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. One parking spot per condo. Additional street parking is available right across the street in front of the condo complex.

Location was perfect. Just a short Uber drive to Broadway. Music row was a slower pace with good food and drinks within walking distance. Lots of recording studios in the area and we actually met Heath Warren. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable location with an easy walk for your morning coffee and/or to a street of restaurants near Music Row. Easy Uber/Lyft to Broadway, museums, restaurants, etc. Parking is “tight” but available underneath the building. Great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 1 large bath set-up.

Cute and sultry little stay and in PRIME location
This condo was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and very easy to access. The location was a very short walk to music row bars and food. A quick 5 min drive to Broadway. Honestly it was ideal staying here opposed to right on Broadway. It was quiet at night and easy to remember to get to if you had a few drinks! Couldn’t of asked for a better stay!

The unit was as expected. Had a bit of a problem with the Internet, but the host replied promptly, and was able to solve the problem. Location was fantastic. About 1 mile to the middle of town and we were able to park our car and just leave it.

Nashville Debut
This was the first time 3 out of 4 of us have been to Nashville. Im so glad I was able to find this cute room to share the stay at. It's close to all the attractions and has a cute modern theme, making the time at the apartment comfortable and enjoyable. The owners were quick to respond if we needed anything and always kind and courteous. If you're up in the air about where to stay, give this room a chance! You won't regret it 😊

My husband and I needed somewhere to stay for just the night while traveling home. This was a perfect place. Away from the commotion but still in town. The condo was very clean and the bed and bedding was the most comfortable we’ve had in a stay away from home. Parking was easy and the area seemed pretty safe and clean. We would definitely stay again if we were to come to Nashville again.
