We loved the rental. But were awaken at 5 A.M. by construction crews working on the building 15’ away. Every morning there was crews demoing staircases, and they were using a jack hammer. Every morning we were woken up by the noise. There was no avoiding it. I m

My husband and I brought our two children and their significant others to Nashville to celebrate two of our gang turning 21! The end unit was perfect with lots of windows! The complex was well maintained with great outdoor space and a nice pool!!

Condo was as pictures indicated. Spacious 2/2. The check in process is timely and difficult. ZERO street parking available. The condo had some food crumbs in the LR so the rug had not been vacuumed. One of the bedrooms had fur balls next to the nightstand. The key pad did not work most of the time and it took SEVERAL attempts to get in. That was annoying. The complex was clean and quiet, however there are bums living in tents directly below the roof top area. Sad and scarey. I felt the price for the rental was too high. Lastly, easy walk to Broadway but note that's down hill. The walk back is all UP and tiring.

The condo was just as advertised ! Great location to Broadway! Easy walk! I’d agree with other comments about walking back at night alone or just girls. Would Uber. We had a group with men and women so no issues. Safe condo. Nice to have a parking garage. Great communication and detailed instructions !! Thank you!

Nashville getaway
The location of this property was great! Less than a mile to downtown. We didn't get the unit we had originally booked - ended up on the 2nd floor rather than the 3rd. Still had a nice view and the unit was pretty much the same floor plan. The hallway of the building had a strange odor but the unit itself was fine. Communication the week of our visit was not great - text messages were not returned timely and our request for an additional hour to check out were unfortunately denied. Overall, we were satisfied.
