The bathroom was disgusting. The surfaces were dirty. The walls were dirty. The sheets were dirty with hair in them. The outside areas were not clean. The bathroom lights were not functional. There was some kind of matter on the headboard. The bathroom door didn’t close. The staff was nice enough, but this building is not maintained.

Staff really rude. Rooms gross with bed bugs. Looks like the house maid doesn’t even clean the sheets or vacuum the room. Had mold in are room. Breakfast sucked and barely anything. Overall WASTE OF MONEY. I’m shocked they are even allowed to be open.

We canceled our hotel stay there because the property was under extreme renovation. The attendent gave me the opportunity to see the room he was going put us in and it was horrible! Just getting to the room was very difficult because of construction debris, tapes glue, etc. The room itself hadn’t been renovated, and I can see why they want to renovate it. I went back up to the front desk and canceled our reservation. I hope they did not charge me for this room because we did not stay there. But the attendant was very nice and professional and understanding!
