Welcome to our LARGE 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool! You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Uber to Broadway.

This is a LARGE 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo that sleeps 4 comfortably. The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & has one of the largest kitchens in the building! It is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions.

Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa w/ memory foam mattress (sleeps 2)

MAIN:
This condo has one of the largest kitchens in this complex! There is plenty of space to make your morning cup of coffee or cook a small meal, so enjoy if you desire to do so! The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials for cooking. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows.

BATH:
Standing glass shower & vanity sink.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL and GRILL:
Our pool area is open year round. However, the pool is not heated so it is up to our HOA to determine the exact dates of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year (typically May-October).

Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass must be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. One parking spot per condo. Additional street parking is available right across the street in front of the condo complex.

Fun in Nashville
We love staying at the Spence Manor and the history that comes with it. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Food and live music are just a short walk away and Broadway is also within walking distance. We definitely will be back next year.

Location was great, close to many Nashville hot spots. The apartment building was quiet, clean, and made for an easy stay. The only negative was it took a long time for the water to get hot. We would definitely go back and rent this place again!

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and provided all the amenities as described. The thing we liked the best about the stay was the location. It was close enough to Broadway that the cost of an Uber to get there was not outrageous, but far enough away from all the hustle of Broadway to have space to relax. The pool was an added plus as it is just one more activity available.

This condo was super cute and in a great location. Although you could hear all the loud guests outside the room, the condo was perfect for my son and I. He said the couch was comfortable to sleep on (he is 15).

The property is newly renovated inside the apartment. Our overall experience was a 9/10. The exterior of the building requires an update and during our stay there was some building renovations. The building sprinkler system had repairs during our stay causing noise during the day time.

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo for our anniversary trip. Host had everything well stocked and very clean. It was a bit of a walk to the Broadway area but we managed just fine and called Uber when needed. The shower was a bit tricky. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Cool history to the building and music row area.

Great Location
This was our first time visiting Nashville so we didn’t know where to stay. I am very happy we chose this place. It was a short walk to all the bars on Broadway. If you didn’t feel like doing Broadway, there were plenty of places to eat and drink just steps away from the unit. The condo was very clean and the communication with the property owner was extremely easy. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Lacey!!

Very clean and spacious!
My 12 year-old daughter and I really enjoyed this rental. The building is historic and we were told on a tour that Elvis stayed there back in the day! The rental is 100% updated, very clean, and extremely spacious for 2 people. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We Ubered or walked everywhere. Guitar-shaped pool was a fun novelty! Hope to be back!

Nashville Perfection
I've stayed at many vrbo's, usually they are all pretty comfortable and have just about everything I need. This property was different, attention was paid to every detail, and during my stay I didn't have to purchase or worry about a thing. I had everything I needed for cooking with all the extra's. The space is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and it's beautifully decorated with a wonderful shower and comfortable bed. Parking is simple, and it's within walking distance of downtown and many attractions. You won't be dissapointed!

Comfortable and easy.
The apartment is very nice, clean, and easy check in. Accessible to most places with Uber or Lyft which we used a lot mostly because parking around the city is difficult. There are two coffee shops and one restaurant within 2 or 3 blocks, but other than that it's a ride.
