Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath house.  The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the two upstairs bedrooms are furnished with a queen- sized bed and two twin-sized beds, plenty of beds to accommodate 6 people.  The living room is furnished with an over-sized couch and a love seat, plus two more comfy chairs.  The dining table seats six. The kitchen is granite and stainless steel, and is equipped with dishes, cups, utensils, cutlery, as well as pots and pans. It is a short, relaxing drive to downtown without having to use any major highways!

Iris Inn was an excellent choice!

We made the right choice picking Iris Inn for our Nashville stay. The AC and fans were nice to come home to after exploring Downtown. It was an easy location to find. We would rent Iris Inn again.

Very nice and quiet! It was easy to get to all the places from here and not to far away from the attractions. Nice for a group to stay in and very comfortable! Everything is just as described and the bedrooms are very comfortable and we loved that it was a two story house!

This was our 2nd wonderful stay at the Iris Inn! It is very convenient for our convention and for sightseeing. Dot has always been a great host who tries to make you comfortable in your home away from home. It has all the basic necessities you need for a pleasant visit.

Three sisters never been to Nashville before. Had a wonderful time. The Iris Inn was perfect. Just outside downtown, easy Uber rides to destinations so didn’t rent a car. Would stay here again.

Perfect for large group.

Our group consisted 6 long term friends, 69 to 72 yrs of age. House is set up well for all needs. Living room is perfect for hanging out and conversing. Good place to stay again if in Nashville.

Perfect location

We loved this house. Dot has gone above and beyond our expectations in making the house feel like home. The location is ideal. It’s close to Opryland, the airport and only 15 minutes to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family trip to Nashville

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Owner in regular contact to check on satisfaction with stay. Traveling with two children under two and owner graciously allowed early check in and late check out to accommodate family needs (naps). Location close enough to downtown to easily enjoy but away from the crowds. Would recommend and stay there again.

Girls' Trip

The location was great! We were about 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do and 3 minutes away from a grocery store and Starbucks--close enough for essentials but far away from the main drag that we had peace and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. The check-in/check-out process was easy. Dot was wonderful and quick to respond to our questions!

Girls trip

It was a very nice property in a good neighborhood. It exceeded our expectations immediately. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to many businesses and restaurants and not too far an Uber ride to get downtown. Dot was very friendly and helpful and responded to us right away when we would contact her. We would recommend this place!
