Ideal downtown Nashville loft – Letterpress Loft

Downtown Nashville loft in an unbeatable location. Letterpress Loft is steps from the music and bars of Printer's Alley and two blocks from the prime honky tonks of downtown Broadway Avenue. Walking distance to Bridgestone Arena, Titan's Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and City Music Center. Plus all the main downtown Nashville tourist attractions. This renovated industrial, historic loft was originally built in 1890 yet has all the modern conveniences of today.

This is a self-owned, self-managed loft and our goal is that you feel you're in someone's home and not a standard rental. A home, of course, that's in an unbeatable downtown Nashville location! Letterpress Loft is steps from from the music and bars of Printer's Alley and two blocks from the prime honky tonk's of downtown Broadway Avenue.

The loft is located in an renovated warehouse built in 1905 that operated as a commercial printing company for decades (hence our "letterpress" name!). Soaring ceilings, huge wooden columns, original brick walls, industrial ductwork and the open layout transport you back to another time. And yet, the home is equipped with personalized, secure electronic door locks for independent check-in, high speed wifi, and Smart TV's. Parking pass (including in/out privileges) available for additional $25 per day.

A few items to note prior to booking to ensure this loft is the right fit for you:

1. There are smart TVs for you to log into with programs (ie Netflix, Pandora, etc). There is local TV but no cable.

2. If you are sensitive to noise, this loft may not be the best choice. The central, downtown location and the age of the building does come with the trade-off of some noise. A stay in Music City means live performances in bars in every direction. Including a Printer's Alley bar in the basement of our building. When staying in the unit you may hear music, occasional sirens, cars parking in neighboring garage or people enjoying nearby bars or in neighboring lofts. It's not blaring but it can be noticeable and we want to manage expectations up front. A spa sound machine, portable fan and earplugs are provided to ease any minor disturbances. However, if this causes concern you may want to select another location.

3. If a view is important to you, then this loft is NOT the best choice. There are large, industrial windows, an outdoor balcony space and an amazing central downtown location. The view, however, is...a parking garage. You'll see from our reviews that guests love the space, but we want to inform you up front prior to booking to ensure you don't have disappointments or missed expectations upon arrival.

THE MOST PERFECT LOCATION IN NASHVILLE!
We have been to Nashville 7+ times over the past few years. This place was hands down the best of everything. 1. Love the top notch design details. This is not your average rental. The best of everything was put into this place. 2. Location. The short walk to Broadway or so many of the restaurants could not have been any better! 3. Security. We felt so safe staying in this area. 4. Noise.....It is mentioned as a negative, but we never heard of thing. We did stay Monday-Thursday, but it was not an issue. 5. Parking. This is so important to us. I recommend using the parking that is listed. It was close and easy. The only problem we encountered was the small step up to the bedroom and bath. The beautiful wood floors blend into each other....one of us "may" have taken a spill after having so much fun. We placed a small table at the entrance of the room to remind us of the step! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful place. We will never stay anywhere else from now on.

Excellent place to stay!! Great location and very clean!!!
Our stay at this loft was amazing!!! The loft was extremely clean with a very cool vibe. It’s decorated like a modern, antique, eclectic... all mixed together design with lots of character in this old building. Very spacious! It's perfect for 2 but can sleep 4 if you don't mind a sleeper sofa and not much privacy. The lighting created a beautiful ambiance. Everything was well maintained. There really is no view including from the small balcony off the bedroom, as the host emphasized prior to our booking so no surprise. We didn't mind at all. The location of this loft is perfect! Steps away from Printer's Alley, and a couple of blocks from Broadway St. where all the Honky Tonks are located. It's also a short walk to the Food Hall. We never needed to take our car out of the parking garage during our stay. (we did uber back from our food tour) You can hear the music at night from this loft, but ear plugs are provided. We didn't need them, as the noise wasn't bad at all and did not bother us. I highly recommend staying here! Christy was a great host! She provided very detailed paperwork so there was never any confusion. She also provided some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the Nashville area. We can't wait to go back and hope to stay here again!!

Perfect spot near broadway
If you’re looking for a spot close to all the action, it doesn’t get much better than this . Recently renovated, very clean, and generally just a cool loft- this place really checked all the boxes for me. You definitely can hear some of the nightlife as described in the description of the listing, but the sound machine they provided blocked out all of the noise and I slept well. I am a light sleeper, so if I slept through it, anyone can.

Downtown Nashville Stay
This was the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed in! It was very clean and had everything we needed, including ample coffee which I appreciate! It's perfect for a couple. If you have more than that, there isn't a lot of privacy with the second bed being the sleeper couch and kind of an open floor model. They tell you in the description that there is noise from below. That is so true! There is a bar below the place and you can hear the music late into the night. It did not bother us since we were always out late, but if you intend to go to bed early and are sensitive to that, you may not want to stay here. They do provide ear plugs and a sound/noise machine which I thought was great! Another plus was being so close to downtown. We parked in their parking garage and did not have to drive anywhere. We took the trolley tour to go to places that were too far to walk to. I would highly recommend this place to couples who want to enjoy the Nashville night life!

Fantastic retro mixed with futuristic design remodel of a historic old warehouse condo with easy in/out parking, access to Broadway night life, as well as Printer's Alley. We stayed at Letterpress Loft with another couple to celebrate our 40th birthdays while in Nashville. The cleanliness, location, parking and atmosphere was everything we could have hoped for. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday and the nightlife noise level for sleep wasn’t noticeable. However, even if it was a sound machine and earplugs were provided! Everything has been thought of for our stay. A well stocked “junk drawer” with everything to scissors, tape and a lighter to accommodate a few decorations to a small light blocking shade for the small window to the outdoor space. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there!

Perfect Location
We were in Nashville for a quick weekend concert and the loft worked out great so we didn't have to rent a car. Easy walking distance to Bridgestone and all Broadway has to offer. My husband and I stayed for four nights and loved it! The loft is beautiful and so comfortable. Loved the location and the decor! While being on Broadway was fun I also enjoyed the time we were able to just relax in the Loft. I know the listing did mention the noise at night and it really wasn't bad... the week nights were quiet. There is a place not too far away to keep luggage if you get into town before checkin or want to hangout after checkout. We used the Bounce app, which was new to me. There is also a fitness center less than a block away that offers daily/weekly passes. They were very welcoming! Definitely hope to make it back!!

Great location and very impressive accommodations!
This property was very convenient to our favorite places in Nashville; we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. As soon as we arrived, we stocked the kitchen with what we needed from the nearby grocery mart so never had to use a car. Instructions were clear and the host was very responsive to minor inquiries we had. The interior design is top-notch; we felt like very special guests and would definitely stay there again.

The loft is great! Easy access to all the music hot spots and fairly easy to use for a base if you want to day trip around town or attend the Opry. Clean, comfortable and well apportioned. Really a safe area too.
