This home places you within walking distance of Nashville's most iconic attractions. A short 2-block-walk will take you to Centennial Park, where lush greenery, walking trails, and the stunning replica of the Parthenon await your exploration. Not only will you find history and culture at your door step, but Midtown is also a culinary paradise. You'll find an array of local restaurants, eateries, bars, and coffee shops nearby! For music enthusiasts, Nashville's renowned music venues and honky-tonks are just a short ride away - 5 mins!

Upon entering the home, an abundance of sunlight from the floor to ceiling windows will greet you to Honky-Tonk. Step outside to the private patio and indulge in a cup of morning coffee while planning your day of adventure, and take in the refreshing Nashville air.

Kitchen:
Conveniently connected to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find stainless steel appliances and all your cooking essentials. Take advantage of the space and whip up your favorite meal, or explore local flavors from neighborhood eateries at the kitchen island seating. Complete with city views through the floor to ceiling windows, this will be the perfect backdrop to a hearty breakfast or a nightcap.

Bedrooms & bathrooms:
The primary bedroom is your personal haven, featuring a luxurious king bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities, and a standing shower for your convenience. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 comfortable twin beds alongside carefully selected furnishings. There also is a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom that is connected to the living area Jack N Jill style. Whichever room you choose, it will be the perfect space to unwind after a day of city exploration.

Odyssey building accommodations and amenities:
As a privileged guest of Odyssey, you'll have exclusive access to resort style amenities that will take your stay to the next level. Enjoy the newly built sparkling pool complete with sun loungers and BBQ grill perfect for hot summer days. Fitness enthusiasts, keep up with your workout schedule with the state-of-the-art gym. Please note: pool is open all year round, but depending on extreme weather conditions, pool may close. Hours of operation are from 8AM - 8PM.

Parking:
Only one vehicle per reservation. Parking is first come first serve in the attached parking garage located on the top floor.

**We offer multiple rooms for this building, each designed to provide a beautiful/comfortable place to stay. While our rooms remain consistent, the layout, size, and design may vary.
***Please note, this is an upcoming neighborhood so there is nearby construction for surrounding buildings. Depending on your length of stay and booking dates, guest may experience nearby construction noise.

Additional House Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please inquire, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $49 – covers $750 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! The kitchen set includes: dishwashing tablet, dish soap, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes.
- The bathroom set includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, hand bar soap, body lotion, and linen spray. We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom. Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested, as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
