We have added an outside SPA on the lighted private patio. Full functioning newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets, and new appliances. BBQ grill in back yard. Keurig Coffee maker and supplies!
All bedrooms have new Serta queen beds and a King master suite on main floor and two large bedrooms upstairs with 4 additional queen beds plus an extra twin! The whole house has wifi internet and a premium channel TV in living with queen sofa sleeper and Lazyboy recliner. Dining area with bar height table off kitchen and a basement with washer and dryer available for long stays. There is an additional quarter bath on main floor for washing up and grooming.

Great location in a Quiet neighborhood Just off I-24 & Briley Parkway near Berry Hill, Downtown, the Stadiums & Vanderbilt. 10 minutes to the Airport, Zoo or an easy 15 to Opryland!

NOTE: This was recently completely renovated and finished in mid June, 2019! This will add a bonus bedroom along with 4 other bedroom and 4.25 bathroom. 3 of the bathrooms have heated floors!!
The house sleeps up to 12 comfortably! Weekly and Monthly rates available!
Families with children welcomed.

Please note: There is absolutely NO Smoking inside the house and that we observe outside quiet hours from dark until 9:00 am.

Very Nice Property
Our family was in town for a wedding. This property has many beds and bathrooms making it a great place to stay with a group. It was very clean and the host thought of everything to make our short stay pleasant! I also appreciated the option to stay one night only.

Nashville getaway
Very nice and roomy house for our Nashville getaway. We had 7 guests but this house would easily sleep 10 or more. Centrally located to attractions and near downtown. We will book this again when coming to Nashville.

Such a fun cozy home!
This house was great! We have 6 of us and there was 8 beds and so much room for everyone to be comfortable! There’s a hot tub that you can relax in after a fun day out. Only 10 min away from broadway and easy just to Uber! Highly recommend if you want a weekend getaway with the family or a group of friends!

It comfortably housed everyone without someone being banished to a couch or a cot (party of 7). It’s nice being 15 minutes from both downtown and the airport. Managers were quick to respond with any issues and made sure we had an easy stay. Very simple check out process with helped us on our last day

50th Birthday Celebration in Nashville
We had an amazing time in Nashville. The house was great for our group size & suited all of our needs for this trip. We had a lot of laughs hanging out and catching up before unbering into Nashville. If you have a larger group size this is great option. The owners were great to work with.

Great place close to everything
There were 12 of us in Nashville for a family vacation. The house had enough beds for all the single people to have their own bed. There were 4 bathrooms, which was great. We were 10 minutes from Broadway. There was grocery store and drug store within 5 minutes of us. We easily got Ubers for rides into town. Great location. Some of the beds were a little lumpy but overall a great place.

We loved this place. Only stayed one night but everything was great. Communication and self check in was easy. The house was really clean and so many beds. Only needed 4. The house had plenty of towels., has a Keurig, air fryer, and a crock pot. Plenty of towels too. Just an overall great place. Very close to DT Nashville and restaurants close to house too. Brent and Jean were great hosts. Never got to use hot tub but looked really inviting. Thanks again for everything. T.
