This 3-bedroom home is the perfect choice for groups looking for a centrally located stay in the vibrant city of Nashville. It is spacious enough to sleep 9 people, with modern fixtures and a contemporary interior design that is sure to delight each guest who walks through the door.
Upon entry from the charming front porch, the main living space is outfitted with a fireplace, 55” smart TV, and comfortable seating that converts to a sleeper. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open-concept and offer optimal entertaining options among guests. The kitchen is equipped with ample cookware and a full suite of high-end stainless steel appliances. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. The extended kitchen counter is perfect for extra prep space and offers bar-seating for 2. Steps away, enjoy a more formal dining experience at the oversized table for 8 with luxe chairs.

This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms, each with comfortable furnishings and luxurious linens for sound nights of rest.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with 2 queen size beds, a gorgeous private balcony, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, clawfoot tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and desk area.
Bedroom #3 is furnished with a queen and twin size bed.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. The home has an additional half-bathroom.
- 2 parking spaces are provided underneath the carport.
- If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

A Taste of Nashville
It is in great location. Easy walk: Bicentennial Park, Indoor/Outdoor Farmers Market, and Area Parks. Moderate Walk: Broadway and Parthenon. We usually walked 1 way and Uber the other. We had a car, but cheaper to Uber than pay for parking. The house is furnished nicely. The kitchen equipment was perfect for easy meals. We would stay there again.

The property was beautiful inside. Very clean and remolded. However, we were disappointed with the proximity of the neighborhood to the Nashville sights. There was a broken mirror in the 2nd bedroom, not sure why it was not removed. Also- a lot of garbage in the carport- 4 full cans and we felt responsible to put it out- although none of it was ours! House was comfortable. Location not great!

Peace amongst the chaos
Went to Nashville from Kansas for our daughter’s softball nationals tournament and her birthday. This place was a mile from downtown but without the chaos of downtown. Everything in the home was well maintained and comfortable. Dual a/c for up and down stairs was amazing! Garage was a bonus. I have the location/neighborhood a 4 star only because it is an area that is clearly going through a gentrification process but we never felt unsafe. The only things I will say that are not so much negatives but just constructive criticism are that the back yard needs some spraying as there were spider webs everywhere and our daughter got bit (not a big issue), there were a few stains in the carpet and a vanity mirror was laying on the floor broken. None of these things affected our stay but I just wanted to let you know. I would gladly use this home and renter again.

Very muggy unable to control thermostat
The house and location was nice. Did see ants in the kitchen, and upstairs bathroom. Did not communicate this to the host as I reached out regarding the thermostat switching back to 75 every four hours and did not get it resolved. Apparently the owner has the thermostat set to revert back to the saved setting of 75. This caused the house to have a humidity of 68, very uncomfortable. Communication very poor.

Morgan Wallen Concert
We stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert on May 2nd and this was a great location to do that. Just far enough out of the tourist areas but close enough to enjoy and a great view of the city. Could not find trash cans but I believe that is an ongoing issue. Property management was easy to communicate with. Will stay again when we come back.

This was a large house with a great outdoor space. The cooling/ac was a little wonky and there were some minor issues that never really got fixed (there were no outdoor trash bins), but can’t really complain for what we needed the house for.

I visited Nashville with my parents and we had an amazing time! The backyard of the property was great and plenty of space for two dogs. The location is also great - you can get to downtown easily. I would stay here again!!

Cute home close to fun
Overall it’s a great property! Check in was super easy and the company was easy to work with when renting for our stay. The home was spacious and cozy. We had a few mishaps with the bedding not being properly cleaned( human hair found in sheets), the garage being inaccessible even after calling the company for service and ice build up along the stairs and the trash being full upon arrival. Even with the mishaps we would rent again.

Wel we got locked out and the key pad didn’t work. The back door keypad didn’t work at all. All 5 of us woke up every morning sick. The air filter was filthy the cover was horrible and vent in bathroom never cleaned. Filled with heavy dust. No this or blankets. Some things didn’t work. Not cleaned as should have. Overall not worth what we paid for. Very frustrating

Wonderful Nashville Property-just a short drive from downtown
Loved this roomy property for our family’s trip to Nashville. Very secure with access to parking garage in rear of property. Everything we wanted to visit was just a short drive away. Found a wonderful diner, Elliston Place Soda Shop. My grandson said it’s his new favorite place to eat. We were close to the Nashville Zoo. It was great to visit. Very shaded and enjoyed it during our hot July visit. Property was as described. We loved it.
