This Riverfront Condo will comfortably sleep Six - Eight people. The master has a large king bed, the guest room has a queen bed, and the living room has both a Queen Murphy bed and a pullout Sofa. EVERYTHING in this unit is new to provide you with the most comfortable stay in Music City.

While walking to Broadway is easy, the weather may not always cooperate, so an Uber drive is only $5-$7 . Visit Acme Feed and Seed's rooftop bar, walk down to the famous Tootsies, or watch the Nashville Predators or Tennessee Titans both within walking distance.

This place was excellent! Great view with the small balcony overlooking the river, plenty of parking, comfortable beds, pool. Not too far from downtown, maybe a 15 to 20 minute walk.

The bed was the most comfortable of any rental or hotel I've ever stayed in. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I plan on renting again when we go back to Nashville.

Loved that we were super close to Broadway (walked home most nights) but in a quiet area on the river. Woke to beautiful views, had free parking, and had all the amenities we could ask for.

Property is located in Germantown. Far enough away from Broadway but close enough to walk to everything. Had a great meal at a local place in Germantown. Balcony was nice to sit and enjoy coffee overlooking the water.

Just the right size for 4, but I wouldn't recommend a. larger group. 2 full bathrooms for us was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet and safe. Lots of off street parking. A quick Uber ride to Broadway and back.

Great spot!
Super cleans and well stocked. There were 4 of us in our group and this was the perfect size. The property was well equipped and in a good location. The beds were comfy too which is sometimes hard to find! The property owner was very informative and easy to get ahold of. We would definitely recommend this place! Thanks for letting us stay here!

Friends Gathering
We had a friends reunion in Nashville and a group of us stayed here. Location was great, we had our car so we drove close to Broadway strip and then parked in lot for reasonable amount. We loved the morning sun coming in through the windows. We didn’t use kitchen much but definitely made quite a few pots of coffee :) thanks for a good experience!

Fun in Nashville
We enjoyed your condo. We should have paid more attention to the floor and the lack of an elevator, since one of our family members is somewhat disabled, but he was able to manage the stairs. The condo was well equipped except we only had three spoons. We would recommend it to others.

Location was walking distance to some great restaurants. Could walk to Broadway during the daytime, probably would not at night. River was peaceful. Only negative, the screen door fell off with just a touch. But that's an easy fix.

Everything was wonderful Info on VRBO site and on Host's site differ regarding the code to get in. I had family arrive a day before I did and the code I gave them from VRBO did not work. They almost went to a Hotel. We managed to get the correct code within 30 min.

Quiet & Comfortable
We enjoyed this property because it wasn’t right downtown around all of the craziness. It was really quiet which was great after a long day or night downtown. The pictures matched the actual condo and the beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect size for three of us staying. We didn’t know where the pool was, we had to ask around to find it, but it was a nice pool when we did. It’s not quite walking distance to downtown when you’re older than 21, but Lyfts and Ubers are always within 5 minutes and reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Nice location and small but comfortable place
We enjoyed this condo as 2 couples visiting Nashville for a long weekend - location was great, we walked to the Music Hall of Fame and the trolley stop and took short Uber rides to and from Broadway, plenty of parking, and a nice view of the river. You will hear the train through the night so earplugs may be necessary if you are a light sleeper. The place is small, but adequate for 4 people and was clean and well stocked, even some games to play. The king bed was quite comfortable (can't speak for the Queen). Would have liked an extra hand towel or 2, but they did supply paper towels and plenty of toilet paper, soap and shampoo/conditioner which is nice for a VRBO. Host was super responsive and nice. Overall a great spot to explore Nashville!
