It has been completely renovated with a classic Southern cottage style and filled with decor that will make you feel right at home! Located in the heart of Franklin, you are a short walk away from restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Historical Franklin Theater, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, local tours and more! Beautiful Home in Beautiful Franklin
We stayed for a week and could not have found a more cozy accomodation. The decor was charming, the beds super comfortable, and the walk into town a very easy 10 minute stroll. Our parents stayed in the other unit which made our family reunion even that much more delightful.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cute duplex. We were fortunate not to have neighbors during our stay, but appreciated the separate outdoor as well as indoor spaces. The home is within walking distance of both downtown, and The Factory. The fish tacos at Mojo’s Tacos were amazing!

A very beautiful, quaint and clean home in a quiet safe neighborhood that is walkable to town and The Factory. The home had all the amenities we needed. The Roku TV had many stations, however, not any stations that carried the Sunday night and Monday night football games.We loved our stay!
