Great place in Franklin
Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Had everything you would need for our stay. The owner, Andrew, was on top of everything. The local cat, Maddie (or as I called her, Dave), was even a hit.

Perfect spot tucked in the woods!
We enjoyed our recent stay! The space was accommodating and comfortable. The porch was amazing! Great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We even got to enjoy a late night thunderstorm! The hosts were responsive and friendly, especially Maddie the host cat!! She greeted us on the porch every morning. This place was close to everything we needed and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Wonderful little getaway!
Such a sweet little place. We got to see turkey and deer every day. The peaceful view of the porch was wonderful! The host family had baby chickens in the garage and we got to peek out each day to see them and my son loved that. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for the 3 of us
Andrew's place was a perfect base camp for us as we had a lot of activities in the Franklin area over Easter weekend. The property was so attractive that I asked about plans to build something similar...it's a great guest quarters with all the amenities you would need and expect, as well as a few unexpected perks (like some complimentary K-Cups and an awesome shower!) We'll definitely keep this VRBO on our short list of places to stay in Franklin. Thanks!

The Perfect Getaway!
We loved everything about our stay. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are plush, and the sheets are soft. The large windows throughout the house provide plenty of sunlight and overlook a gorgeous pasture next to the property. The water pressure in the shower is AMAZING! My husband and I enjoyed a nice, relaxing getaway. This was everything we wanted. Plus, the host was friendly and very responsive and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would stay here again!

Stay at this place if you are ever in Franklin, Tennessee!!! It’s gorgeous and just a short drive to downtown Franklin and the First Bank amphitheater. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband had a doctors appointment at Vanderbilt so my husband & I decided to go to Nashville a day or two before the appointment in order to just relax. However, we did not want to be in the hubbub of the city. We found this delightful “hideout” on the internet near Franklin & booked. Wow! We were so surprised how peaceful & quiet this place was despite the fact it was not far from the hospital, restaurants, & shopping. I highly recommend this place to all wanting to be near Nashville but not in it. Read the description… it is just as described & probably even better. My husband & I really liked it.
